A Beautifully Presented Apartment Located in a Conservation Area

The Space

Bairstow Apartment is situated in the heart of Preston on a quiet road close to the City Centre. This apartment is ideal if you are staying in Preston for work or leisure.

We take bookings from corporate clients who need a great place for their staff to stay whilst working in Preston and the surrounding areas and we also take bookings for people simply visiting Preston for a short break

Located in a conservation area the apartment provides high quality accommodation and is a fantastic alternative to a hotel

Both the main Railway Station and Bus Station are within a short walking distance.

The apartment is also close to the vast amenities Preston City Centre has to offer, Shopping, Bars and Restaurants are all within a short walk

The Main living area is split into the kitchen/dining and lounge which has comfortable seating for 4 guests complemented by a large 42' Flat Screen TV. A dining table for four is also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances, washer dryer and all the essentials are included for your stay.

The two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, both have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite shower room and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is also an additional family shower room.

Free unlimited wireless internet access is included throughout the stay.

The Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in a conservation area with the City Centre a short walk away.

There is also the historic Avenham, Miller & Winckley Parks all within easy walking distance.

Avernham Park is particularly lovely with sweeping panoramic views down to the River Ribble

The Bus Station and the Railway Station are both a short walk away making this apartment the ideal base for your stay

If you are arriving by car there is free parking included in your stay. Please request a parking permit prior to arrival

Great location for exploring Preston

Great customer service....thanks Zulf! The livingroom furnishings were comfortable but dated. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances worked well. Preston is a walkable city....approximately 5 min walk to downtown where you can find great shopping, bars and restaurants. Don't miss seeing the parks which are an easy walk from the flat.

The owner of the flat was very helpful and went out of his way in assisting us. The flat was also very good. All of the amenities were very good, the flat was comfortable and in a great location for visiting Preston. Parking the car was also not an issue as a car pass is issued with the accommodation and you can park very near to the flat. All in all very happy with the service provided.

We will stay here again.

Value for money, landlord was very helpful with questions prior to our arrival. Spacious flat in ideal location for the park and the city centre. Didn't have to drive anywhere. Decent facilities in the flat. Very comfortable stay.
