Located in the Hillcrest Bay Estates. Please enter the address: 842 Noble View Drive, Parker, AZ 85344 on Google Maps for the correct location. 16 miles North of down town Parker. 16 miles South of Lake Havasu City. Right off of Hwy. 95. This house is perfect for families.Walk to the lake. Quiet, away from the crowds. Spectacular views. Bring your boat! There is plenty of room to park your craft at the house. We have a public ramp less than 3 miles from the house. Havasu Springs Resort ramp is 2 miles away. Catail Cove and Sandy Point campgrounds both have ramps and are only 6 miles to the North. And for the river, there are many ramps nearby. If you are into off roading, it's everywhere. There are maps available at the house or at any store. This house is available for a one year lease or for the winter months @ $1,100 per month. Pets are not allowed.

Bring your own towels sheets blankets and mattress

I gave this 2 stars only because it was a great location, however I was very unhappy with the condition of the sheets and blankets and mattresses in this house as well as the ant infestation in the hall bathroom. The sheets had blood stains the comforters were filthy and the mattresses smelled like urine. I had to wash the sheets before we could even sleep there and we did not even use the blankets. The owner said that there was a pull out coach, but that thing is so old it is literally being held by one spring. There were no towels so I had to call the owner which informed me that the maid left them in the drier for me to fold....just what I wanted to do on my vacation and after paying $512 to stay there. The owner was not sympathetic to the fact that his bedding was riddled with filth and blood (which by the way came out in the wash) nor was he concerned with the issue of me doing the maids job. He never even apologized. I would say this place could use a better maid and new mattresses and the owner needs to take accountability for his property if he is going to continue to rent it out.

Great weekend house

We stayed in this wonderful house this past weekend. It's proximity to the lake was perfect. It was right in the middle of havasu and parker. It's about a mile from havasu springs where there is a restaurant and a launching area. The house was nice and had all the essentials. It has a washer and dryer which is always nice. The bedroom attached to the garage has a little opening in the wall so that the occupants can still see and talk to eachother. Nive hoise away from thennoise and crazzines of lake havasu. Great little weekend house. Definitely would stay here again and I would recommend it.

Love this property!

Our family stayed here over Christmas, and loved the convenience between Parker and Lake Havisu. The house was well appointed and well taken care of. We used the charcoal grill and enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck. Kevin was wonderful to work with. Will stay here again.

Summer Fun

Our family had a great time at this rental. We utilized the nearby boat launch ramps to go fishing and tubing on Lake Havasu, enjoyed dinner/movie up in Lake Havasu City, but mostly we couldn't get enough of the gorgeous views from our patio. Will definitely return for another trip.

Great location if going to Parker and Lake Havasu

My family of 10 stayed at this place at the end of June. There was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was great & stocked well with all the utensils. The master bedroom was large and had its own 3/4 bath. There is a 3rd bedroom built off the garage, which is separate from the rest of the house, and has it's own walk in closet and bethroom. Would be great for a separate friend/couple that may go to the river with you. Had a good size patio with a charcoal BBQ. We were also able to leave one car in the garage while boating. One great asset this house has is it's location. It's very close to Parker Dam and Havasu Springs. You can drop your boat in the river or in Lake Havasu without driving 25 miles either way.

We will definitely be looking at stayiong here again soon.

Car: recommended

Our house is located within walking distance of Lake Havasu. On Google Maps enter 842 Noble View Dr. Parker AZ 85344. Walk to the lake. Boating, water skiing, fishing, swimming anything to do with water. The lake and river stay cool even in the hottest days of summer. Great restaurants near by. Both Parker and Havasu City have many events throughout the year. Surrounded by B.L.M. land, it has vast areas of wilderness including a National Wildlife Refuge right next door. If you don't have a boat or water craft, there are numerous places to rent. This house is available for a one year lease also.
