This detached holiday home is in a delightful country area. It is in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The home is near the towns of Zell am See and Kaprun. It is suitable for a maximum of eight people. The spacious accommodation is 100 m2. There are three good sized bedrooms, a large separate kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a separate toilet and a living room. The balcony enjoys good uninterrupted views of the surrounding area. Children will enjoy the play equipment in the garden. This is an ideal holiday destination in summer and winter. Kaprun and Zell am See are a few minutes away by car. You can enjoy everything the Hohe Tauern National Park has to offer in summer. These include the Krimml Waterfalls, the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse (High Alpine Road) and the Kaprun recreation lakes. All these places of interest are within easy reach. You can buy seasonal local produce on the farm, depending on the season.

The house is finished to a high standard, is well equiped and very clean. It is in a peaceful location in a small hamlet, next to the owners house and farm buildings. Whilst it doesn't have a garden, it does have a small balcony and the lake and countryside are all close at hand. The owners are very pleasant and hospitable.
There was building work taking place to the adjacent barn whilst we were there, but this is nearing completion and should not bother future guests. The owners were very pleasant and hospitable.
We could recommend the property for a winter or summer vacation.
Chalet offers very good accommodation conditions and the owners are very hospitable. Rooms are large, very clean, the kitchen is also very large, separated from other rooms and well equipped. House looks at least as in pictures or maybe even better. Although we were pleased with the conditions offered by the hosts, we were very frustrated that the road leading to the house was not cleaned at all on days when it snowed and we could not reach the house until I installed chains on car wheels. Overall we were still happy with what we were given and we will definitely go back there.
A nice and beautiful holiday. We enjoyed very much to us with our 3 kinderen.We are very hospitable and could go for everything from the owner. Everything was taken. Even coffee and cake was ready on arrival and fresh milk in the koelkast.Ligging is quiet and a bit more of a variety of activities but that was no problem for us.
We have booked the house in February 2012 for 6 people (mom, dad, grandma, grandpa and 2 children). Grandma and Grandpa lived in the house as a starting point for winter walks during the rest of the family in Kaprun on the ski slopes were traveling. We will certainly book the house once again, you can also live comfortably there with 8 people (sofa bed in the living room, which was not used nearly as beautiful and spacious kitchen). The only disadvantage is that one day must go by car because the connection to the ski bus is very bad. We knew this in advance, however, and have consciously accepted. Looking for families with children who also have some rest and take the Skifahrn Nich 15 minute drive to purchase the house is really worth. Landlords are also very nice, courteous and helpful!
