Situated in a small and quiet building in the centre of Prague, this smart and spacious apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people.

The well-kept and quality furnitures, its complete level of equipment and warm atmosphere make this apartment the perfect base for exploring the superb city of Prague, the historic centre of which is easily accessible by public transport.

The apartment is located in the Smichov district. You will find a large shopping centre just a stone's throw from the apartment with a supermarket, pharmacy, banks and numerous shops. These shops close by will doubtless prove to be very practical during your stay! There are numerous typical restaurants to be discovered in the surrounding area.

The district is very well served by public transport: the tram stop for the city centre is 50m from the apartment and will take you to Wenceslas Square, right in the historic centre, in 7 minutes! Underground stations and bus stops are also close by which means that you can get to the airport easily.

A private parking space is included in the rental.

The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings

Door ook eens buiten het toeristische centrum te wandelen, zie je meer van het echte Tsjechië, bijvoorbeeld de lokale markt bezoeken, kleine buurtwinkeltjes, vaak speciaalzaken. Mensen zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De locatie is buiten het centrum van Praag maar met de tram ben je in 10 minuten in het oude centrum, het tramstation ligt op 5 minuten lopen. Tegenover het appartementencomplex ligt een kleine supermarkt die tot 11 uur 's avonds open is. Ook liggen er enkele restaurantjes en een goede pizzeria dicht bij het appartement. Ideaal is de parkeerplaats onder het appartement waar je gratis je auto kunt parkeren. De huurbaas Salvatore is een uiterst vriendelijke Italiaan waar je met al je vragen terecht kunt. Al met al een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een weekje Praag.

bij onze aankomst werden we heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Salvatore de huis eigenaar die ons uitvoerig vertelde over de faciliteiten in de omgegeving, de afstanden naar de tram,broodjes zaak supermarkt en restaurant op5o meter afstand van het apartement.

Over de inrichting niets dan lof. alles was aanwezig. voor een bezoek aan Praag is dit een uitstekende uitvalsbasis

Appartement bien équipé, propre, calme, bien situé pour visiter la ville (tramway à 150m, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture au garage). Nous avons pu passer une semaine enrichissante. Il faut bien une semaine pour visiter les différents quartiers de Prague.
