This house is in a beautiful location in the charming Alpine village of Warth. The village is at an altitude of 1560 metres. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, just outside the village centre. You can walk straight into the mountains from the house. The two five-person holiday homes are on the first floor and are attractively furnished. There is a garden with seating, barbecue, parking space, sandpit and swing.

Please note:

You can use the 'Warth Card' while at the holiday home.

Attention: Summer operation of the cable-cars from the end of June until the beginn of October !

The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described

The ski bus stop is 100 meter further

Beautiful spacious apartment which has been completely differ. Friendly owners. Beautiful surroundings, where you can. Lovely walks Early June is much closed in terms of hospitality and lifts, so not really "a suitable period. We are due to persistent rain and bad predictions earlier and traveled to Italy.

Super Lage, jedoch unfreundliche Vermieter und alte Ausstattung

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Skiroute. Das ist der einzige Vorteil dieser Wohnung.

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt keinen Skiraum, die Ski werden im Flur direkt an die Wand gelehnt. Keine Skischuhaufbewahrumgsmöglichkeit oder Skischuhtrockner.

Der Gernseher stammt aus den frühen 80er Jahren, die Smartphones heute haben mehr Bildfläche.

Man merkt, dass die Vermieter nichts investieren, sich die gute Lage jedoch fürstlich bezahlen lassen.

Leider empfanden wir die Vermieter als nicht besonders gastfreundlich. als wir zum Essen 2x Freunde eingeladen hatten kassierten wir einen sehr heftigen Anschiss, weil dann 8 Leite die Toilette benutzen anstatt der vereinbarten 4!

Lächerlich.

Prima huisje om te zijn na een lange wandeling......maar geen balkon bv, dat was toch wel een gemis.

Eigenaresse vriendelijk maar niet een echte Oostenrijker die wilde weten of we genoten hadden van hun mooie land.

We werden netjes met rust gelaten en hebben een goed verblijf gehad.

Séjour sympathique dans un cadre de verdure, grand calme, accès facile, bonne desserte en bus gratuits.

Matériel de cuisine et vaisselle un peu juste. Contrairement à l\'annonce, il n\'y a pas de jeux de plein air pour enfants, petite déception !

Bij mooi weer is de omgeving indrukwekkend en perfect voor wandelingen in de uitgestrekte weivelden waar de marmotten in grote getallen voorkomen.Helaas waren de weergoden ons niet gunstig gezind,slechts 2 dagen zon van de 7 dagen,zodat we verplicht waren om een klein uurtje auto te rijden om een stad ,die naam waard,te vinden.De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk maar een beetje moeilijk te bereiken wanneer je met een vraag of een probleem zit.Het verblijf is vrij basis en proper maar zijn geld waard.
