This holiday residence is located in a central location near the heart of Ehrwald on the main street, where there is a very spacious and rustically furnished holiday residence on the first floor. It has a charming living room with open fireplace, a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and has direct access to a balcony, bathroom and separate toilet, a beautiful living room and a balcony. Great infrastructure is very close by, including the free covered swimming pool, shops, playground, tennis and golf. In the summer, there are many kilometres of walking trails, climing and mountain trails. In the winter, you can use the free ski bus to access the nearby ski areas of the Ehrwalder Alm and the Zugspitze Arena.

We enjoyed our stay in Erhwald as we love the village.
The description of the apartment is wrong. It is advertised as being on the first floor and it is on the second, We would not have booked if we had known we had two flights of stairs. It claims to have three bedrooms , but there are two bedrooms and a pull out bed in the lounge. It boasts an open log fire, which in fact is a large closed stove, which takes up a quarter of the living space in the lounge. We were not offered any logs , but carrying them upstairs would have been a problem for us. The apartment was very spacious with good views over the valley. The kitchen was large , a little tired, but there was every thing you need. In all the apartment was comfortable. The description need reviewing
Spacious holiday. Disadvantage if there are small children in the 2nd bedroom which is accessible via the balcony is.De house is within walking distance of the shops and the pool. This is ideaal.De children enjoyed the local pool.
Gezellig een heel house. All mensen schoon s Heele vriendelijke. Niks he ontbreekt. De bus naar de verbinding lift is vlakbij. Het is nog geen min centrum 5 lopen. Voor geboektt volgend jaar alweer!
Dit was alweer de derde keer bij huize Zuntl en hebben ons weer uitstekend vermaakt. Volgend jaar zie je ons weer -)
Voor de 2e keer in appartement Züntl geweest. Voor 4 personen is het heel ruim. een 5e en 6e persoon moeten in de woonkamer slapen op een hoekbank waarvan een smal en hard bed gemaakt kan worden. Voor kinderen is dat wel te doen maar voor volwassenen is het afzien. De woonkeuken is gedateerd. Voor wintersport heel geschikt.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung Zuntl. Es fehlten nur ein paar Küchenartikel, wie Weingläser, Kneipchen und vielleicht ein paar Becher und Besteck für kleinere Kinder. Wir waren mit 6 Personen in der Wohnung, 4 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder.
