Modern and charming apartment in a prime location at the edge of picturesque St. Margarethen in the sunny Lungau valley. In the winter you can ski to the door, and the ski school is only 200 metres away. You won’t need the car for the entire holiday! During the winter season the ski area is suitable for both beginner and advanced skiers and snowboarders. The ski area consists of 4 different areas at an elevation of 1050 to 2310 metres. The ski areas, with a total of 300 km of slopes, are made up of Obertauern, Grosseck-Speiereck, Aineck-Katschberg and Fanningberg. The Lungau area is known for its many hours of sun and guaranteed snow, and is characterized by high mountains, green hills, forests, lakes, gorges, caves and waterfalls. In the village there is a trailhead for a walk along the lovely waterfalls. The apartment offers you peace and relaxation while all ages will find something among the many activities in the immediate vicinity to amuse them, both in summer and winter.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for 8 persons. The new comfortable furnishings include an open kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher, and an open fireplace in the living room for the cozy winter evenings. The lovely terrace is south facing. Underneath the apartment complex there is a parking garage which can also be used.

Perfect apartment for a skiing holiday with the family. Close to the slopes and also mid-April guaranteed on snow and open slopes. Easy to get to (bridge no mountain passes) by car and rental equipment at the door.
Pity the lady could speak only German. No information about town or the like are present. Electricity in the basement hallway and sometimes falls off. Beautiful apartment, located immediately to the elevators, we were down to 40 m skiing from the door.

Es hat alles ganz gut gepasst, die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung, bis auf die Tatsache, dass das kleiner Schlafzimmer (mit 2 Stockbetten) kein Fenster hat, und es somit schwer ist, dort frische Luft hineinzubekommen. Die einzige Möglichkeit ist, ständig die Tür zum Ess/Wohnraum offen zu lassen, und das schränkt beim Urlaub mit Kindern dann doch die Erwachsenen sehr ein.
Wij gaan erheen om te skiën, daarna kan je er zelf lekker eten maken in de kleine keuken. Bad en douche, 2 wastafels zorgen voor een aangename ochtend- en avondspits. Skiverhuur is vlakbij, in de kelder is er ruimte voor de ski's en botten.
