Newly built chalet on the edge of the quiet village of St Margarethen in the Lungau Valley.
The 3 bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor, and the kitchen and spacious living area are on the ground floor, along with the second bathroom, which also houses a washing machine and dryer. There is terrace access for sunny summer breakfasts.
Located directly next to the valley run of the Aineck ski area in winter, which in the summer becomes grazing land. The quiet centre of St Margarethen is a 2 minute walk away, making this a great family destination all year

The house is ideal for ski and snowboarders very close to the lift, the lift is a short walk of about 3min. and home in good snow conditions can man until shortly before the house to go otherwise the same piece back as the elevator down. The house is where several of these houses are in a small group in the center and are easily accessible by car. Ideal for a large family or two families with children or a group of up to ten people, however, there are only eight beds so need two on the couch or man is still AddITION beds in the bedrooms on space available. In short, true all around a nice week, in the house everything available what man for a week's skiing needs sauna and pool are amazing, the rooms are beautifully furnished and practically equipped. The ski lift is easily man unfortunately comes as two to three minutes walk to the lift not on skis is all cleared and salted Straße.Apresski unfortunately there just a bar on the side of the mountain there is on the Katschberg offered more but enough aus.Hütten on the slopes are plentiful quite well with very nice waiters :-) The skiing is great very long runs of some easy to very steep but the predominant part of the runs are red pistes and very comfortable to fahren.Gute shopping Tamsweg is unfortunately 10km entfehrt .
The house is spacious and fully furnished, unfortunate that there is little room for the house itself is.De property is declared as suitable for 10 people, but with 8 or more pleasant outdoor eating is not an option because there are only two wooden benches and a wooden table present zijn.Verder is the house in a very quiet village and is therefore recommended for tranquility. The surrounding area is beautiful and invites you to make beautiful trips in the area. Recommended is the Nockalmstrasse, and a visit to the beautiful city of Salzburg is fine to do.
