This spacious apartment with a south-facing view lies on the ground floor of an authentically built holiday home, just near the piste.
The house stands at the edge of the picturesque village of St. Margarethen in the Lungau Valley and is situated just a 10-minute drive away from the motorway. There are two bedrooms, a light bathroom, toilet and a room with an open kitchen that includes, among others, a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and four hot plates. In the spacious living/dining room lies a wood-burning stove for cosy winter nights. Your skis, bikes, etc. can be placed in a locked area in the cellar.
In the winter you can enjoy activities at the starting point of ski slope Aineck-Katschberg with guaranteed snow from the ski slope apartment. The area is one of the top three ski resorts in Austria with 250 km of prepared pistes of varying degrees of difficulty and has a height difference between 1064 to 2410 m. From the late spring, the piste offers a spacious view when the snow has cleared the way for a lovely field. The apartment complex lies just 100m from the ski lift and 600m from the village centre with a small supermarket and a tourist office.
The village is just a 30 minute drive from the Millstätter See and a 45 minute drive from the Weissensee. The province is known for its castles, folklore, the 370 km long cycle path, the ‘Murradweg’ along the Mur River and several national parks.

The apartment is excellently equipped with even 2 coffee machines (1 x Pads, 1 x powder), electric heating and private boiler. Even tea and sugar, dishwasher tablets and some garbage bags were available. Enough extra blankets for Verfrorene there are also reasonable and towels. Wood is available for a first firing of the furnace Boller (very pleasant). It burns off pretty quickly, so you need not be afraid to have to stay up late -). The Skischulsammelpunkt is directly above the terrace and from there it goes immediately to the lift (20m). Right next door is a luxurious hotel with its own restaurant. Unfortunately, this was booked constantly over the holidays. However, there were about 500 meters away, in the place two nice restaurants. Prices for ski operations are like everywhere, but the food in the huts and restaurants (in the village) is very good and cheap. Small supermarket and bank are within walking distance. We loved it!
The apartment was a very positive surprise. A luxurious look and everything was available (up to coffee, tea, games and DVDs). ADEG walking distance for fresh sandwiches, walks from the apartment (or even by car somewhere) and a few guesthouses where you can eat for an attractive bedrag.Voor one week a wonderful address to really unwind.
Vanuit het appartement kun je veel leuke dingen ondernemen met de Lungau card die je bij je verblijf krijgt. Supermarkt op 10 min. rijden en elke ochtend verse broodjes bij de winkel in het dorp.
Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het appartement was netjes en schoon. Er waren zelfs videofilms aanwezig! Er zit een klein supermarktje in de buurt waar je 's ochtends verse broodjes kunt halen. Ook een paar restaurants in de buurt. Wij hebben bij 1 restaurant/gasthaus gegeten en dat was prima. Goede en mooie wandelroutes in de buurt. Kortom een goed appartement op een mooie/goede locatie.
de woning was schoon. de ligging is goed voor van allerlei uitstapjes .in de supermarkt 300 meter van de woning is alles aanwezig ook voor de broodjes s\&quotmorgens. de restaurants op loop afstand zijn goed
en betaalbaar. zeker een aanrader. wij hebben een prima vakantie gehad
