Apartment, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, (Sleeps 6)

This holiday accommodation is at the edge of a forest. In winter it's actually on the ski-slope. The home is at garden level and enjoys a magnificent view of the Bischofsmütze Mountain. Many of the famous winter sports resorts around Salzburg are sometimes overcrowded. Annaberg is still the perfect place for a family friendly winter holiday. The ski-slopes of the Dachstein-West ski-area are just a few metres from the holiday home. There is no need for a car during the holiday. The apartment's interior is spacious. There are two bedrooms and a walk-through bedroom, making a total of six beds. The home has two bathrooms and a spacious living room with a kitchen which includes a wonderful wood-burning stove. You'll enjoy a superb summer and winter holiday in this delightful apartment amidst magnificent surroundings.

Please note: You are required to bring your own bed linen and bath towels.

A nice house that is too far from the amenities such as shops is remote. Winter via a road on the slopes accessible. Given the location very close to the (red) slopes and ski lifts are not easily accessible for novice skiers

Ter Stege

The apartment is the ground floor of a detached chalet (upper floor is separate apartment). The house is located a few meters from the ski run between some other houses and a hotel. The house is neat, well maintained and clean. Besides the electric heaters, the apartment has a wood stove in the living / sitting / kitchen area. The bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x bunk bed, 2x single beds pushed together) are fine. There are two bathrooms, each with toilet, sink and shower. The warm water of the showers goes with electric heaters and is limited (you can not row with 6 people showering). The kitchen is pretty basic (no dishwasher) but equipped with everything you need to cook. There is no washing machine in the house. The house has no internet, but for a tenner you can get a password from the nearby hotel where there is wifi (range only within the hotel). The hotel sells morning fresh bread. "Lounge area" in living / dining room is small (double bank). TV has no NL stations. Ski is fairly quiet (barely even rows during christmas / old and new), with mainly red runs. Operator was friendly and works quickly to problems.

De skipistes bevinden zich in de directe nabijheid van de Belvilla. De inrichting oogt wat ouderwets. Ook het ontbreken van Wi-Fi maakt dat het met de hedendaagse moderne communicatiemiddelen niet mogelijk is makkelijk contact te onderhouden met familie en vrienden.

Wij hebben in deze 'villa' een fijne wintervakantie beleefd. De skiliften lagen op loopafstand. Bij voldoende sneeuw kan je zo vanuit het huisje de piste op skiën. Wat we wel misten is de gezelligheid van een dorpje dat dichtbij ligt alsmede een supermarkt waar je de noodzakelijke boodschappen kunt doen. Dat was nu 15 km rijden. Verder een prima accommodatie.

Wij zaten dit jaar een week met oud en nieuw in de onder woning

ter Stege in Annaberg. ( ook vervelend als je naar dit huis met deze naam op zoek gaat en het huis eigenlijk huize Heidelberg heet)

Na een lange reis werden we welkom geheten door de schoonmaakster.

Borg betalen hoefde niet alleen de schoonmaak kosten en toeristen belasting en dan zouden we haar niet meer terug zien.

Prima, moe van de reis dus vroegen nog waar we evt verse broodjes konden kopen. Ze stuurde on naar een bakker in Abtenau ( 6km)..?

Ik had gelezen via internet dat er op 5min lopen bij de receptie van Alpendorp ook broodjes konden worden gehaald, het proberen waard.

Het huisje was erg klein voor 5/6 personen. Dat had ik al reeds gelezen op de belvilla site. Vooral de keuken/ woonkamer. Een twee zits bankje en de zithoek bij de eettafel was alles. Maar goed luxe hoeven wij niet de rest was ruim genoeg. Wat ik bij aankomst wel aantrof waren grote spinnen webben die er echt niet van twee weken zaten. Het huisje was niet schoon... niet netjes stof gezogen... De volgende ochtend bij dag licht ben ik eerst maar eens met de schoonmaak middelen aan de gang gegaan. De oven wilde ik gebruiken daar zaten de verbrande kruimels nog in. de pannenwaren vet dus eerst ook maar alles af gewassen!

Niet fijn na 13 uur rijden.

Zo jammer het is een prachtige plek. Wij zijn echt snel tevreden maar ik wil gewoon dat het schoon is.

En ook broodjes zo dicht bij te bestellen. Ik zou zo weer geboekt hebben maar omdat het huisje niet schoon was ga ik toch opzoek naar een ander onderkomen.
