3 very bright and sunny rooms, comfortable, facing the sea and beaches, wifi

3 room apartment of 50 sqm + terrace, fully renovated in 2014 with high quality services for your comfort.

The apartment you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf port, the sea and the sandy beaches.

It consists of a bright and spacious lounge, open on a large terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds, for a meal, a drink or just sunbathing. Fully equipped kitchen open to the living. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

TV in each bedroom and living room. reversible and individual air conditioning in each room. Wifi, board games, books ...

Ideally located opposite the sea and beaches, but also close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, small shops, supermarket, bus station, boats ...). Possibility of closed parking.

Lovely Apartment, very clean tidy and well appointed. Excellent hosts

The apartment was clean, tidy and well appointed with a very modern feel and style. A key benefit was the large terrace where you could relax on sunbeds or at the table. We appreciated having beach chairs and parasols available for our use. The beach was less than 200 mtrs away. The apartment was very centrally located with easy access to a range of bars and restaurants. Also the railway station is very close by with easy access to the rest of the Cote D'Azur.

Barbara and Pascal were excellent hosts and very pleased to help whenever needed.

Our week was made perfect with some glorious late September weather.

Very nice

Enjoyed our stay , exceptionally convenient for trains - railway line just behind but noise really not a problem . Lovely apartment. Nice view but would like to chop a tree or two down to see more 😄 ... Would stay again - thank you to Barbara & Pascal

Great experience!!

Great place to stay we were renting for a week and had a great experience

Supermarket a few blocks from there and very close to all other towns/cities from Monaco to Cannes

Barbara and his husband very kind

The only thing to mentioned just to take in consideration for budgeting purpose is since there is not parking within the property need to pay separately $50 /week

Holiday Apartment in Golfe Juan

A very attractive 1st floor apartment on the sea-front at Golfe Juan. Apartment very clean and had been subject to an excellently planned modernisation earlier in 2014. Pascal & Barbara provided good responses to any little queries and were happy to agree to a late departure time. Apartment very handy for the shops, restaurants, bars, beaches, harbour and the station and all of the beds (including the sofa bed) were comfortable. Overall, the quality of the apartment was thoroughly appreciated by all of the family. Recommend a late afternoon/evening visit to Nice on the train - the city was buzzing on a Sunday night.

Un agréable moment de détente

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans l'appartement de Barbara et Pascal.

Super accueil, notre arrivée à été très bien préparée en amont avec toutes les informations nécessaires.

L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. C'était chouette de profiter des dernières chaleurs sur la grande terrasse juste en face du port.

Nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit de la rue et du restaurant en contrebas.

Nous recommandons ce logement. Merci encore pour votre accueil.
