About Patty and Scott Gardner
Hi! We're Patty and Scott Gardner, of Carpe Diem Farm. I, Patty, actually grew up in a home on the other end of McCormick Road but moved to New Jersey for my career. Scott and I spent many holidays driving by Pond House to visit my family. Over the years, we simply fell more in love with this property each time we drove by it. One lucky day the property came up for sale and shortly thereafter, we became its owners. As our second home, we come to Pond House to relax and to enjoy country life. Now our love of nature, hiking, and spending time near water is available to us year round.
Patty and Scott Gardner purchased this Farmhouse in 2011
Why Patty and Scott Gardner chose Brackney
We consider it our lucky day when we were fortunate enough to become the owners of Pond House . We knew it was a special place, but had no idea just how wonderful it could make someone feel. The perfect blend of nature and convenience makes Pond House the "no worries" place for us to relax and to play. We know that once you experience the property, you will love it too.
What makes this Farmhouse unique
The pond adds a big dose of serenity to the farm. During warmer weather, our three tier back deck is a perfect place to dine and to relax while viewing the pond and nature. The pond is wonderful for swimming or to simply sit by and have an intimate conversation. The ceramic chiminea set up alongside the pond with a couple of torches makes a perfect spot to relax in a lounge chair and gaze up at the night sky. Relaxation and rejuvenation best describe the Pond House experience.
