About this property

House of 96 m², ideal for a family.
Facing south

-Dining room with sofas, coffee tables, television.
-Kitchen with table for 8 people, large ventilated fridge, hob, extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, all kitchen equipment for 6 people.
-A bedroom with 2 beds in 90 and a 3rd bed in 90 which slides under. A DVD player.
-A bedroom with a 140 bed with TV.
-A bathroom with neo ball tub, sink, hair dryer.
-A WC - A closet for maintenance equipment.
-High chair for children and travel cot.
From the whole house you have a view of the swimming pool.
The whole house is equipped with Daikin air conditioning (very quiet) with electric shutters and large bay windows
Outside,
-A table for 6 people in the shade of a magnificent plane tree.
-A mobile table for 2 people.
-A fully enclosed swimming pool 6 x 3.60 and 1.3 deep with a gate for security.
The swimming pool is equipped with 4 deckchairs there is no direct opposite.
An enclosed plot of 1000 m² which closes with a gate.
Parking spaces in the shade.
This House is placed in my 2 hectare property where I live.
The house is easily accessible for the disabled.
We are near the small aerodrome of Aix les Milles. It is not a nuisance, only small planes can traffic and it is closed at night.
You will be asked for a deposit of 600 euro by check or cash on arrival and returned on departure if there are no problems.

Maison agréable et parfaite avec deux enfants en bas âge. Propriétaire disponible et sympathique. Présence d'un aérodrome à proximité mais rien de gênant. Nous vous remercions pour l'accueil qui nous a été fait.

Deux très bonnes semaines

Nous avons passé deux très agréables semaines en famille dans la maison. Notre jeune fils a pu largement profiter du grand jardin et nos filles ont adoré la piscine. le grand platane permet en plus de déjeuner dehors même au mois d'août. Cela a parfaitement convenu à notre famille. A souligner la gentillesse de M Saura.

Séjour agréable

La localisation est extrêmement agréable tout est à proximité bus direct pour aller à Aix. Un petit village très convivial avec boulangerie pharmacie boucherie restaurant. La location est fonctionnelle avec de l'espace avec une belle pièce à vivre, literie au top. Cuisine américaine très fonctionnelle

Nice house with space and pool

The location is quite good for trips to Aix, the sea and mountains. Many interesting places are less then 1h away. One might be concerned about the close-by airport, but it was not a big issue, not too much traffic there. The pool is beshadowed by several trees, which was good.
