The area has 500 homes and apartment complexes, and it is a quaint neighborhood where residents live, shop, and dine on the island. The riverside is busy with people walking, exercising or having a picnic along the river at Greenbelt Park. There are even bikes and scooters conveniently available to rent while enjoying the Mississippi River views.
