luxury apartment located in a private urbanization, very calm and quiet, built in the village of Callao salvaje has 25min of South Airport. the apartment is in a small building near the ocean, BEACH 300M with magnificent views of the ocean and several islands.
The spacious apartment 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (see photos) with a car park right outside the apartment, parking problems, access to local shops in the urbanization is a foot access the nearby village also where you will find all the services: doctor, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, shopping, bars, bus station, taxi rank, supermarkets, newspapers, car rental, motorcycles etc ... many others Wholesalers and possible activities.

We had a great holiday in this location. The apartment is well situated and benefit from a beautiful two-sided view: sea and volcano! Romantic evening on the roof top!
It's also very well furnished and we had everything to cook great meals in the apartment. We had a very good surprise when we noticed the dishwasher: very convenient! We will definitely come back!

Notre semaine passée dans cet appartement fut très plaisante. Spacieux et lumineux, il offre une vue dégagée sur la mer, très agréable au petit matin. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié prendre un verre sur le solarium à l'étage au coucher du soleil, après des journées bien remplies passées sur l'île.
Les salles de bain et chambres sont propres et bien entretenues. Côté équipement et prestations, il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin pour la semaine (électroménager, linge, produits ménagers...). Et même s'il faut s'avoir décrocher en vacances, le wifi et la télévision française ont été très appréciés, surtout par les enfants. Le quartier est calme et agréable à vivre, avec commerces et restaurants à proximité et plage à quelques minutes à pieds. Une belle découverte !
Appartement spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé. Les enfants ont (trop?) apprécié la télé française. Le service est au top pour l'arrivée et le départ. Le soir, la vue sur la Gomera est magique depuis la terrasse. Le quartier n'est pas passionnant mais calme, on s'y gare facilement et on accède à pied aux commerces et à une plage. L'emplacement est excellent pour rayonner en voiture (indispensable) et il a l'air d'y faire tout le temps beau, ce qui n'est pas le cas du nord de l'île.
We half-heartedly decided for 3 instead of 2 stars despite having had to email to the webpage-provider before the landlord became more helpful:
CON (-) : POOL-ENTRANCE-FEE (Pooleintritt) of 6€/person/day ("pool" is on the primacy but privately owned! - not mentioned when we booked - despite beautiful view from seafront-pool water is quite chilly), WIFI (supposedly "free" as advertised when we booked) does NOT EXIST, instead we were told by the landlord to BUY VOUCHERS for 5, 10, 15€ at an in-town internet-shop, number-SAFE (as advertised when we booked) would not work due to lost code and lost emergency-keys (solved after 4 days). Broken sunchair (so only one could be used). CONSTRUCTION going on right next to appartement (so you might want to ask what's planned and what's about noise - they noisily started digging ~7am when we were there). Unfortunately, we were asked to PAY remaining 50% UPON ARRIVAL. Landlord (well, the people we rented from - he said to rent out for a sick friend) live two apts. away, so we assume they know exactly what they rent out. Their explanation of both a compatability problem (resp., malfunction) of our (new) iPad and mistranslation by the webpage-provider (hence, disabling us from reading the "real description") and insisting on everything being described correctly (despite showing contradicting screenshots) amazed us somewhat (esp. regarding the pool since my 7-month pregnant wife had really looked forward to current-free swimming without having to pay extra - however, he solved that after 4 days, enabling us to enter 3 days without charge [thank you]). Callao Salvaje incld. the beach is very touristy and partly run-down, there are several nicer beaches close by, we were glad to have a car.
PRO (+) : beautiful view from renovated roof-terrace-bedroom with view towards sea / la gomera and teide due to glass doors on both sides (the other two bedrooms contain one double and two single beds, the latter without any view), nice living-room (OK view) and terraces. Well equipped apt. and kitchen in a supposedly older residency (with almost to nothing isolation from neughbouring apts. and electrically heated water - amount works fine for two people!). Despite the hazzle we enjoyed the time there but were glad of having booked just one week.
