Exactly what we required

Excellent location very tidy comfortable accommodation 5 mins from la colina station.

Friendly bar in the accommodation block which serves excellent tapas and drinks.

Walking distance from torremolinos centre about 40 mins along a beautiful beach promenade.

Malaga is a must at 25 mins on the train.

The accommodation has everything you require for your break and Richard the owner was a great help with his local knowledge of the area.

Clean functional studio with amazing views!

The apartment is suitable for a single or couple & has all amenities that one might need on a holiday. The views from the 6th floor window are amazing! The Mediterranean & Malaga town which is only a few Kms away. The beach is a short walk away as are a good choice of places to eat along the paseo Maritimo. Richard, the owner is very helpful and always available to answer any questions. The train and bus stops are 2mins walk & there is street parking if u have a car. Overall a very good value for money!

Très satisfaite!

Studio très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour : les linges de bain, linges pour la plage et un parasol très utile et appréciable pour la plage! Les produits de base pour se laver et pour cuisiner, ventilos et air conditionné... on a manqué de rien! Avec un accueil très chaleureux de Richard qui prend le temps de nous présenter les lieux. C'était vraiment bien un grand merci à toi Richard!

Excellent séjour à Torremolinos

Le propriétaire, parlant un français parfait, est accueillant, gentil, à l'écoute de ses locataires.

L'appartement a une vue sur la mer et Malaga qui est splendide.

L'équipement est amplement suffisant pour 2 personnes.

Le propriétaire fournit le linge de lit et de bain.

Les épices et autres condiments qu'on oublie toujours d'acheter sont déjà dans la cuisine !

Le parking à proximité n'est pas (trop) difficile.

Léger point négatif (il en faut bien un !), mais le propriétaire n'y peut rien ! les promenades à pied sont un peu physiques : escaliers pour aller à la gare ou pentes relativement fortes pour revenir au studio. Il vaut mieux être un peu sportif.

Très bon séjour. A recommander.

Semaine trop vite passée

Appartement au calme, confort simple mais fonctionnel. L'accueil réservé par le propriétaire est chaleureux. Celui-ci nous a soumis des visites et est disponible en cas de besoin.

Location proche de l'aéroport avec un accès rapide à l'autovia. Bon point de départ pour visiter Grenade, Séville (parking Imagen près du CV), Cordoue (parking Victoria en face du marché). Compter 8€ pour la journée. Plus près, le village de Mijas avec ses ânes-taxi (parking municipal vers l'OT à 1€ pour toute la journée). Pour le shopping, plaza Mayor sur Malaga. Pour le centre ville de Malaga, prendre le train en contre-bas de la résidence (4€ A/R/pers), passe toutes les 20 mn). Le centre historique de Marbella est à découvrir, possibilité de stationner gratuitement à l'entrée vers les concessions automobiles. On voit des oliviers à perte de vue tout au long de la route. Bref, une semaine qui a passé à toute vitesse.
