Horse Feathers is a beautiful Luxury Cabin at Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. Just north of Hochatown. Built in 2017, it offers plenty of privacy in a peaceful, wooded setting located 1.5 miles North of Hochatown and borders the Ouachita National Forest. Guests with boats, 4 wheelers, & jet skis will appreciate the easy access. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, a large king size bed in the master, a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 full bathrooms. The game room has a pool table, a game console, a flat screen TV and a see through fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for that cabin cooked gourmet meal. Relax in comfort with a stone gas fireplace, flat screen Hi-Def TV, large sofa & recliner for your relaxation. Outdoors you will find a private, secluded hot tub for your enjoyment, a fire pit with room for everyone to roast marshmallows and relax, a gas grill with an extra table for you to enjoy the fresh mountain air while you eat cookout style. After dinner, you can play a game of Horseshoes Or just relax by the fire. Just minutes from Broken Bow Lake Marina, Cedar Creek Golf Course and all the restaurants, this luxury cabin gives you today’s modern conveniences in a wilderness-type environment. Great stay for Spring Break

Overall, really nice experience at the cabin! Great location just a short distance from Hochatown and the state park. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the simple checkout procedures! The owner was very responsive to our questions. We had a few minor issues/opportunities: only one washcloth provided in main bathroom, drip pan missing from outdoor grill (we made a makeshift one), the living room TV is not able to stream, the main bedroom remote had dead batteries, the lock on the bathroom by the pool table did not latch, bunk bed mattresses were very noisy, and we couldn’t figure out how to use the jets on the hot tub. None of these were showstoppers and we were able to have a nice stay despite these minor inconveniences.

Christmas vacay

This was a great cabin for our family. It was quiet, clean, & spacious. The bunk room is small but cozy. My kids loved it. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, & fire place.

Gorgeous cabin with wonderful views

This cabin was absolutely lovely. We want to come back! First of all, when we drive up we were stunned by the gorgeous view of the huge windows with a lit up Christmas tree. This was a warm welcome to our vacation. The cabin was spotless. Wonderful layout with the master bedroom on one side and the bedroom with bunk beds on the other. The only thing I’d recommend is a lock on the door of the master bedroom. The host communicated with us so efficiently. The kitchen was beautiful and well organized. We celebrated Thanksgiving there. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation spot!
