villa of 130m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, located in a small village

House located between lake and mountains, 18km from La Clusaz and 15 km from Annecy. The house has 2 covered parking spaces.

- Kitchen with center island open to large living room and dining room.

- A ganda bathroom with corner bath and toilet.

- A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

- Three bedrooms with duvets and linens provided.

- A large outdoor terrace of 100m2.

Villa in the quiet of the countryside and very sunny.

- No smoking.

- Pets are not accepted.

- Internet Access (device melted, hairdryer etc ...)

- Price at the week according to period, from 800 up to 1100 euros all inclusive.

Mooi en ruim verblijf

L'intérieur de la maison est exactement comme le montrent les photos, très spacieuse et moderne. La cuisine a été entièrement équipée, même les tablettes lave-vaisselle étaient présents. L'accueil a été très sympathique. Le propriétaire ne parle que le français, mais il y avait un ‘interprète’ pour aider. L'emplacement est dans un quartier très calme. La maison est pratique pour les stations de ski (20 min) ainsi que par rapport à Annecy (20 min). La voiture peut être garée sous la maison, qui était un grand avantage en raison de la neige. la prochaine fois que nous allons certainement louer cette propriété à nouveau.

De inrichting van het huis is precies zoals de foto's weergeven, heel ruim en modern. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien zelfs de vaatwasblokjes waren aanwezig. Hete ontvangst was allerhartelijkst. De eigenaar spreekt alleen Frans maar er was voor een 'tolk' gezorgd. De ligging is in een heel rustig gebied. Het huis ligt gunstig ten opzichte van de skigebieden (20 min) en ook ten opzichte van Annecy (20 min).De auto kon onder het huis geparkeerd worden wat een groot voordeel was vanwege de sneeuwval. Wij zijn zeker van plan, als we deze kant weer op gaan, deze locatie nogmaals te huren.

The interior of the house is exactly as the pictures show , very spacious and modern. The kitchen was fully equipped , even the dishwasher tablets were present . The welcome was the warmest. The owner speaks only French but there was a ‘interpreter’ present to help us out. The location is in a very quiet area. The house is at a convenient distance to the ski resorts (20 min) and also relative to Annecy (20 min). The car could be parked under the house which was a big advantage because of the snowfall. We definitely plan, if we go there agian, to rent the house again

séjour de belle qualité

Accueil très chaleureux.

Propriétaire très disponible tout en étant très discret.

Maison en excellent état.

Proximité des stations et du Lac d'Annecy très appréciables., qui nous a permis de profiter de la nature et de la ville en très peu de kilomètres.

Superbe sejour

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique entre la Clusaz et Annecy. La villa est très confortable et agréable avec son intérieur contemporain. Le propriétaire reste très disponible et chaleureux. Nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à passer nos vacances dans cet endroit. Nous renouvèlerons l'expérience.
