A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday.

The master suite has a comfy king-size bed with its own private bathroom. Your bed is like sleeping on a cloud with luxury high thread count sheets and soft pillows. You also have your own TV. A parking permit is required for each vehicle. Parking Permits and property bands are issued by the front desk at Regency Towers. Guests are limited to 2 parking passes. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association.
