It is a 140m2 town house situated 2 minutes walk from the town center, market, shops, restaurants and cinema. For those wishing to come by bus, the bus station is 5 minutes walk (link Nantes - Noirmoutier).
You can walk to Ladies Beach, Sableaux, the Luzeronde cycling (5 to 15 minutes by bike - bike hire 30 meters).
If you prefer lazing around, you may configuration enjoy the sunny terrace with panoramic enjoy the quiet.

Situation idéale entre ville et plages
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir profiter à la fois du centre-ville à pied (5’) et des plus belles plages de NO à moins de 10’ à vélo. Maison calme, agréable et confortable. Conforme à la description.

Une maison accueillante et chaleureuse
Nous avons passé le réveillon du 31 décembre 2017 dans cette maison très confortable, agréablement décorée, chaleureuse et bien équipée. De par sa situation, c'est l'emplacement idéal pour découvrir Noirmoutier et profiter de belles ballades qu'offre l'île. On se sent "chez soi" contrairement à d'autres locations parfois impersonnelles. La maison est particulièrement calme et propice au repos Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Notre coup de cœur à Noirmoutier
Maison chaleureuse, décorée avec goût, très confortable et idéalement placée (rue piétonne, marché à deux minutes...). Les propriétaires sont bienveillants et font confiance, bonne musique à disposition. Tout y est pour passer de belles vacances et de s'y sentir parfaitement bien. Adresse à privilégier impérativement pour un séjour idéal à Noirmoutier.

Grande maison
Très grande maison toute en longueur, spacieuse et assez bien équipée. On a beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement car on était à 2 minutes à pied du centre de Noirmoutier en île et le stationnement n'est pas difficile, ce qui n'est pas négligeable ! Petit bémol sur la 3è chambre à laquelle on ne peut accéder que par la 2nd...

Etre chez soi en vacances
Maison très spacieuse et pratique. A 2min à pied des commerces mais dans une rue calme. Très bien équipée, le propriétaire laisse même des CD's....c'est dire la confiance réciproque. Nous la recommandons et espérons y revenir un jour.
