This home is an excellent location and super comfortable space, and all within easy distance to Tucson's culture arts, dining and outdoor activities! Lots of space in this home. Plus its EASY ON the price! A Lovely home to enjoy after days, or evenings out on the town. Perfect location. This home has lots of architecture charm of homes built in the 50's with all modern remodeling. Great backyard for hanging out and Barbaques, A fire pit area too! Plenty of room for guest to enjoy gatherings, or simply find a space of your own in the home. Doggies are welcome guest too! Separate living room one with a door that can be closed off for sleeping quarters, or is also game room, or for watching T.V..

Enjoyable

Property was exactly as shown and described in listing. House was on a quiet street, lots of room, comfortable. Everything we needed was located in the kitchen and there were plenty of towels and linens. Backyard was securely fenced so our pets could run and play off-leach. Was a relaxing stay for my family. Only negative was neighbors German Shepherds (2). They barked/growled, jumped high enough to see over the block wall when we had our pets outside. However, that is not anything the owner of the VRBO rental could control. They never tried to climb the wall into our backyard. So, for my family, it was a relaxing holiday stay and I would recommend to property to any family visiting the Tucson area.

Great Graduating Weekend

The house and back yard were in great shape. My dog did run into the sharp bushes in the front yard. I did worry about her, other than that it was great weekend. Thank you for the use of your home.

Close to UofA, malls, restaurants, grocery stores, all less than 5 to 10 minute drive, and the desert museum is 20 minute drive, the zoo is 15 minute drive. Parks and walking paths less than a mile away. Quiet little neighborhood in north west Tucson. Home is supplied for entertaining guest with bon fires, or bar ba ques, both provided. It can also be a home to just relax in the quiet. Kitchen is fully stocked for "FOODIES" You will be pleased you picked our place! Coffee, snacks, soaps, provided upon your arrival.

Close to I 10 and everything else! The bon fires for evening entertainment! Quaint neighborhood. Helpful neighbors if you need them. Honestly the location is the best to enjoy Tucson!
