Fun and relaxation in this one-bedroom, two-bathroom with Bunks and queen sofa sleeper Panama City Beach vacation rental in the Emerald Beach Resort. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico coastline, quick access to the beach, and two community pools are some of the great amenities ready for you!

With its inclusion in the Emerald Beach Resort you’ll have immediate access to a fitness center, a Starbucks in the building’s lobby, a gift shop, a Sky Bar lounge(karaoke on Saturday nights , A Ice cream bar ,2 shared hot tubs, 2 HEATED pools 1 beach side with tiki bar.1 across the street that is great to spend time with the family. The pool is great for children(NOT HEATED)and adults there is a separation here of pool and 1 is heated). Corn hole, pool table, table tennis, basketball throw net, more play for a fun day. The pool has a gentle walk in with splash buckets. Hot tub and bar are also on this side. Grills( must reserve) and picnic area here.

The condo is newly painted with beachy colors and decor throughout. Gorgeous views of the gulf and sunsets from the entire wall of glass doors from living and kitchen with access to the balcony. Spend time here for sure.

If you like to do cooking, the well-stocked kitchen, which comes complete with dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, and Double Refrigerator. Pots and Pans, silverware, cooking and cutting utensils, Dishes, glasses, etc We have added a keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster. We also provide starter paper towels, garbage bags and dish detergent. Bathing towels and sheets are provided. Dining table for 4 and additional Dining space for two is provided at the counter, with additional table and lounge chairs on balcony. This is a favorite for sitting and relaxing , listening to the Gulf waves, viewing the White sands and the Gorgeous Sunsets.

There’s enough space for up to six to comfortably sleep here. A Hallway bunk nook, bedroom offers a queen-size bed. A queen sofa bed in the living room adds additional space for two more.

WiFi is provided, so feel free to check your email and surf the Internet while you’re here.1 TV in Living area and 1 TV in Bedroom.

Beautiful!

The view. It's (almost) all about the view. Having a balcony that overlooks the Gulf is a beautiful way to spend your days. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fairly well stocked, and the living area was big enough to feel like we weren't tripping over each other. We really appreciated the small desk - we didn't know we would need it but it came in very handy. There were a couple of issues at the beginning of our stay, but Renay communicated with us and everything was resolved as quickly as possible. The complex is large, and it took a couple of days to get the hang of which elevators to use to get to which area, but if that's the biggest problem with a vacation - I'd say that's a win. We would definitely stay here again.
