IN THE WINTER:
Walk out the back and you are on Disciples new run , walk out the front and across the parking lot and you can get on Boyneland. Great upper unit location and all you need to do is put on your skis. Nothing beats this location. The slopes are right outside the door. Meet back at the condo for lunch, hot cocoa, or take a quick nap.

This unit also has an easy entry without stairs - making it so much easier to carry everything and for multiple generations.

This home offers space to include the grandparents or friends and will soon become a family tradition. Use this home as your base Up North for activities and seeing Michigan. Stay for a few days or several weeks. WIth a new washer, dryer, central air, and dedicated wifi line, you can play and work from Boyne.

Rest, relax and connect with nature. Enjoy breakfast on your private deck, with trail walks, bike rides, and fun nearby! Eat out at a fine restaurant at Boyne or enjoy cooking with a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and pancake griddle. Enjoy the central air, wifi, and even use the washer and dryer if you need.

Complete with a fireplace and dedicated wi-fi, this retreat can be your new office or school away from home! There is plenty of room for everyone (attached lower condo for 4-6 can also be added for a fee). Complete with 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1- King Bedroom 2- 2 Queens Bedroom loft 3- 2 Queens. The condo has three bathrooms. There is also a pull out sofa bed available.

Additional activities on Boyne property include golf, tennis, water parks, zip lining, frisbee golf, and a luxury spa. This region features fantastic bike trails, superb fishing, sandy beaches, and unique shops in Boyne City on Lake Charlevoix (10 min). Enjoy day trips to Petoskey (20 min), Mackinaw bridge (1 hour), and downtown Charleviox (35 min).

Need more room? Add on the condo below through a connected door and 4-6 more people can be added for an extra fee (just inquire - VRBO #1217450) In addition, I also rent several other condos in the area. Just inquire and we can help arrange a larger family gathering.

THIS CONDO HAS AN EASY ENTRY SO NO NEED TO CLIMB STAIRS. No need to carry suitcases, groceries, or children up flights of stairs. The deck of the unit is set in the woods, so it is much quieter than other units offering that Up North feel you need to relax.. Plus, there is a full size washer and dryer which is great for longer stay.

Lake Charleviox is only 10 minutes away and Deer Lake is around the corner

Perfect location

Stayed for a long weekend for a ski trip with friends. Great ski in ski out location, nice to be able to come back for lunch or a mid day break. More than enough space for 3 couples and their ski gear. Responsive and friendly owner. Would definitely stay at this unit again.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location

Beautifully decorated house size condo located in nature surroundings with many close by attractions and entertainment options. Host was very personable and helpful with check in instructions and assistance with navigating the local area. Located within the area of Boyne Mountain with nice activity and eating options. Nearby Petoskey offers abundant shopping and restaurant options. Would definitely stay at this condo again when returning to the area.

This region features fantastic bike trails, superb fishing, sandy beaches, and unique shops in Boyne City.

With kids and grandparents this condo provides plenty of room for a true vacation. Everyone has enough place to relax and ski. The kids can take themselves to the slopes, the pool and even run and bike down the mountain. No car is needed when you are this close to everything. If someone wants to sleep in they can just meet us on the hill.
