Bright apartment of 2 parts entirely renovated and air conditioned about 45 M2 with terrace not directly overlooked by the sea on the 5th and last floor of a very luxury residence central but quiet.

Beautiful view on the sea and on the coast of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat to Cap d'Ail from every room and terrace.

This 2 room was renovated in trouble easily accommodate a family of 4 who can coexist without interfering.

IL consists of an entrance with wardrobes, lounge / dining room with direct access to the loggia terrace, an open fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, part living room has a sofa bed with a real quality mattress memory form 14O x 190, the room has a double bed 160 X 19O and direct access to the terrace through a large window and also enjoy the sea views, private access to a bathroom with shower with Italian separate toilet washing hands.

quality services with all comforts: broadband internet, 17O TV channels, 2 independent reversible air conditioners, electric shutters, towel dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, ...

The car is not necessary because the residence is close to all amenities and everything can be done on foot: supermarket 1OO m, various shops, local markets and restaurants, train station and bus stop is 1OO m, beach 3OO m.

Public parking in the street in front of the residence.

For the summer season possibility of renting a garage on request in another residence. .

Excellent Property in Beaulieu Sur Mer

We stayed in this great flat for 11 days. The view is fantastic looking towards Eze Sur Mer on one side and Cap Ferrat on the other. The flat and the building were spotlessly clean and supplied with everything you would need for your holiday. There's plenty of space, cupboards etc... to put all your belongings away so you can settle down and enjoy your stay. The flat is on the top floor but there is a lift so this is not a problem. Being on the top floor it's not overlooked but there is plenty to see while you relax on the balcony. The supermarket is a couple of minutes walk as is the train station and the bus stops, the beach and the Port is about a 5 minute stroll away with loads of restaurants. Joelle was very nice and extremely helpful. We have been to Beaulieu many times over the past 10 years and love the area, when we return again we will defiantly contact Joelle to rent her apartment again.

Really nice stay

We enjoyed our holidays very much,nice location with phantastic view.

We know Beaulieu very well, and so were very happy with the location which is convenient for the town centre, the port and the beaches. Noise from the trains was no problem for us.

We found the apartment spotlessly clean and very well-equipped.

The owner was extremely helpful.

Schöne Aussicht - und alles, was man braucht

Tolle Aussicht von der Loggia über Beaulieu bis Cap Ferrat. Supermarkt, Bahnhof (mit häufigen Verbindungen nach allen Orten an der Küste zwischen Menton und Cannes) sind ganz in der Nähe. Schöne Strände sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der übliche Lärm einer Kleinstadt und der nahen Eisenbahn ist zu hören, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Wohnung enthält alles, was man so braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch weil es so viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung gibt, die wir noch nicht gesehen haben.

Excellente location

Appartement parfaitement propre, très fonctionnel, et avec une vue panoramique à partir de la terrasse sur la baie absolument imprenable.

Connaissant bien Beaulieu depuis de nombreuses années, nous avons également particulièrement apprécié la localisation dans Beaulieu, à 3 minutes du Super U et 4 du centre ville.

Le port et la plage sont aussi à quelques minutes.

Et bien sûr l'accueil était très bon lui aussi.

C'est vraiment un excellent choix pour 2, 3 ou 4 personnes.

Vacanza perfetta!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana veramente piacevole.

L' appartamento è molto ben tenuto, pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort con una vista mare davvero mozza fiato !! La residenza è centralissima con tutto a portata di mano.

La piccola città è molto elegante. Fra Nizza e Monte Carlo, offre tanti posti da visitare incantevoli. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e di buon consiglio.

Una bellissima esperienza ! Torneremo e prenoteremo di certo in questo appartamento perché molto soddisfatti.

This is a resort that accepts many water activities with two supervised beaches: the beach of the Ants and the beach of Little Africa.
