About this property

Welcome to the Magic of Moab! We have been coming to this special place for many years and are happy to own a second home in the heart of Canyon Country. We are pleased to be able to share this experience with you! Our townhome is Y2 in Rim Village, 7 minutes south of Moab.

The community hot tub is open year-round & the community pool is open seasonally.

Prepare your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 8 in the dining area.
There is a Weber grill on the patio - eat inside or on the spacious patio with great views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim.

3 Bedrooms/ 2 Bath: Main bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and large closet. Bedroom #2 (king bed) and bedroom #3 (two twin beds) share a full bathroom. Each bedroom has cable TV.

The townhome is on ground level = no stairs.
WIFI & Cable TV are complementary.
Washer & dryer are in the laundry area.

Garage: 2 car garage provides a secure place to store your equipment and gear. For trailers and large rigs, guest parking is located on Cold Springs Drive, Meador Drive and Gemini Bridges Lane.

This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Guests must observe the HOA rules.

Our cleaning fee is $139 per stay. Our Damage Protection policy is either $59 for up to $1,500 in damages or a refundable deposit of $1,500, You'll have the opportunity to choose the damage protection on page 3 of the booking process and the quote will be updated.

Our team is always available should you need any help during your stay. We are happy to make recommendations on things to do and places to see.

Jeep trip 2024

This year it was just my brother and myself on a 4x4 excursion from Colorado. The home was beautiful, well maintained, well stocked with everything needed and fulfilled all expressed details. It was in accessible location to Moab and the Southern 4x4 trails. We had a fabulous 4 days and look forward to the next opportunity to revisit Moab. This home will definitely be on the list to return to on future visits. I hope the owner found our use of the facility to be as if it was our own.

Wonderful home & Location

The house was very nice, clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we could need. The host checked in on us several times during our stay. The location was great for getting to Arches and Canyonland, and only about 7 minutes to all the many restaurants in downtown Moab.

Great 3 Bedroom!

Great place! We were planning to travel with another family and saw the listing as 4 bedrooms. However, as described in the details of the listing, it’s 3 bedrooms will a pull out sofa in living room. Otherwise accurate listing and well equipped. Great location in neighborhood and nice pool.

Comfortable stay near Moab

The condo was a clean and comfortable stay for five adults, with nice proximity to Moab and area attractions. I'd happily stay here again!

Great place to stay

The condo was large, spacious and well maintained. The owners thought of everything. The area was very nice and was not noisy. It was conveniently located for sightseeing and hiking.
