About this property

Cozy and clean, stand alone home featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on it’s own private large lot in San Gabriel. This is a 1,105 square foot single home featuring an open concept large living room and combined dining area with breakfast nook dining area in the kitchen. First bedroom is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, two separate closets and a private bathroom with a stand up shower. Second bedroom is a smaller room with a full size bed, a large closet and a desk.

Centrally located in the heart of San Gabriel has hardwood floors and central heat and air. Kitchen is newly remodeled with new white cabinets and granite counter-top. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove top and dishwasher. All the essentials for cooking and having a nice meal at home are included during your stay.

The nightly price is based upon up to 2 people. After that, an extra $20 per person, per night is automatically added to the price you see during booking. Please note the house can accommodate a maximum 4 people total.

We have an agreed policy with our neighbors that we do not host guests from the local San Gabriel community that are unverified and has no previous host recommendations. We have had very bad experiences in the past impacting our neighbors that have caused us to set this policy. Hosting out of town guests of locals are welcomed.

Please ensure you agree to our house rules of no smoking inside of house, no parties and no additional guests before booking. We also don’t allow hosting of events and film productions. Violation of our house rules will automatically forfeit your full deposit.

Amazing stay, perfect home from home!

We had a fantastic time in LA, made better by finding this gem of a holiday home to stay in. All communication with Michael the owner was prompt and he could not have been more helpful to answer any queries we had. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you could have thought of and a lot more - these nice touches put the accommodation way above others that we have stayed in. It is located in a very nice and quiet location, but close enough for the shops and freeway. If we ever return back to LA, this is where I would choose to stay again! Thanks Michael for a perfect stay!

Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood

My wife and I have now stayed multiple times at houses hosted by Michael and this time (for a week) was as before a great experience. This house is very comfortable for two to four people with a more than spacious floorplan. It is nicely furnished and the kitchen is completely equipped for any culinary need. We will definately plan to stay at this house again when in the LA / San Gabriel Valley area.

Awesome for our trip!

We were in town for the 2024 Rose Parade but also had other things we wanted to see & do. This unit was a great location for us. The unit is in a great safe neighborhood and it is very clean. The landlord was excellent. We had one little issue and he came right over and took care of it. Overall this is a great place.

Clean but needs updating.

The property was in a good neighborhood but the house needs some attention. Windows and doors not working properly. Had to call the owner several times regarding issues with the house. Luckily, he was right next door and responded very quickly. Would not rent there again.

Our stay

Michael the owner had been super nice. Even come visit and help us fix appliances with little problems almost midnight at our request. Amazing job. And our stay at this quiet, convenient to all amenities and clean little house is a totally enjoyable experience.

Centrally located in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley, our home is in a great area to stay while visiting various southern California attractions, historical sites, theme parks, night life, university and shops. Nested within a safe and convenient residential neighborhood. Our home is also a 5 to 10 minute walk to nearby shopping centers, supermarkets, great restaurants, banks and many local businesses.

What makes this property unique

Guest has access to the entire two bedrooms, two bath home when renting our place. The entire home is yours during your stay, however, the garage is being used for storage and not available for guest use. Parking is available on the property in the long driveway. Street parking is also available 24/7 without limitations.
