This stylishly renovated traditional house sleeps up to eight and provides comfortable accommodation for the larger or extended family. It has tiled floors, interior stone walls and neutral décor throughout. Exposed wooden beams add to the considerable charm of the property.
On the ground floor the open plan lounge/kitchen is furnished with a large comfortable sofa and a wood burning stove and is equipped with a simple but functional kitchen with a breakfast bar which is perfect for serving up light meals. There is also a double room with sea views, equipped with an en-suite shower room that has a glass brick feature wall. The first floor is accessed by an open tread staircase and leads to the remaining two bedrooms (double/twin) that are entered from the landing. Both have sea views and come equipped with an en-suite shower room.
The tower house annex, provides private seperate accommodation for two guests. Set over three floors, with neutral décor throughout, the exposed interior stone walls add to the considerable charm of this attached but private annex. On the ground floor the kitchen-diner is equipped with a simple but functional kitchenette and a small dining table. A large shower room with a washing machine rounds off the facilities. The first floor is accessed by an open tread staircase and leads to a double bedroom that has stunning views across the peninsula and out to the Adriatic Sea. The staircase continues up to the second floor which accommodates a private lounge area.
Outside, the stunning terrace is a delight, with plenty of space and a beautiful private swimming pool. The views are enchanting too, overlooking the sea and a rustic landscape filled with olive groves making it a perfect place to relax on those warm summer evenings.
Located on the remote and wild Lustica peninsula, this small village is set amongst pomegranate and olive trees. When it comes to rest and relaxation in a tranquil rural setting, Klinci is the perfect option.
If you feel summoned to explore your surroundings, you will find the Lustica Penninsula to be a real treasure trove of delights. Stroll through tiny villages which time forgot,where the main source of income continues to be olive groves and goats. You’ll find friendly locals who continue to welcome visitors with homemade prsut (cured and smoked ham) and rakija (a stiff Balkan brandy made from plums).
The surroundings might be rural, but the area is also rich in cultural heritage. Kotor Old Town is within easy reach, with its narrow alleyways and squares filled with excellent restaurants outdoor cafes while the pretty fishing village of Rose is only a short drive away.
The rural surroundings also make for tremendous walks and some of Montenegro's best beaches are only a short drive away, including the phenomenal white-pebble Zanjice and Mirista.
