Very nice view of the ocean and the beaches from this apartment located on the 2nd floor without elevator. Sector close to the entertainment and restaurants, bars, nightclubs of the "central beach". This apartment is simple but well placed.

Separate entrance-WC. Living room (3.60x4.06) facing west with ocean view: 1 double sofa bed and 2 bunk beds. Separate kitchen (2.14x3.60): fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas cooker, oven, microwave. Bedroom (3.03x4.09) facing East: 1 bed 140. From the bedroom, access to the shower room (2.21x1.35) with basin and shower. Parking is common to the entire residence.
