The exterior areas of this house are wonderful. There is 1 chlorine 10x5m swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 0.60m to 2.20m. The property’s paved surface covers the home’s entry area and the area around the pool, having a total size of 260m2. Around the pool you have access to 1 shower, 1 fixed umbrella and, there, you can enjoy relaxing in one of the 8 sunbeds available for you. Besides the paved area, the property has a spectacular 2000m2 lawn area and fruit trees; all completely fenced in. As a whole, the house has 1 20m2 furnished porch, where you can enjoy wonderful evenings outdoors, and 1 40m2 furnished terrace, which can be accessed through the set of stairs in one side of the house. The property’s garden also features a fixed barbecue and a traditional wood oven where you can cook from any type of meat to a delicious pizza. The property’s privacy is complete and has outdoor parking for 5 cars.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
