Pretty little house surrounded by nature but not isolated. Completely renovated in April 2014. Large garden sheltered from the wind, under the trees. With garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing, sun and shade. A bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen and partially separate dining area can accommodate you, whether you are two people, or with 1 or 2 children. Plenty of storage and a good level of equipment make your stay easier.
A small balcony, facing south, for breakfast if you come in winter, communicates with the garden or you will have to choose between a dining area with an electric barbecue, a sitting area with armchairs and a coffee table under the trees. And if you came to Provence for the sun, you can place your 'sunbathing' ... in full sun behind the house.
The interior equipment of the house is impeccable
Bathroom with bathtub and WC.
A bedroom with large closet, 160x200 bed, bedside tables and small desk.

Iron and board.
The 'little house' is accessible by a private road which serves 2 houses, the Grande and the Petite. These two houses are completely separate from each other but have in common a large private parking lot where your car (s) will be parked securely.
The house backs onto the Gros Cerveau hill, a protected area of nature and forest. The property is contiguous to a hiking path giving access to all the hiking trails of the Gros Cerveau Massif as well as to the GR. Many well-marked paths allow, starting from the house, multiple walks which can be short and easy for young children or, on the contrary, of varied length and level. One of them, particularly pleasant, called 'Randonnée du Crépuscule', takes place every year during a full moon weekend, in late September or early October. You can join from the house, the very long line of participants and return after dark into the endless line of 'frontals' which light up the whole hill!
But the house is also very close (5 'by car or 20' by foot), to the beautiful beaches which surround the bay of Bandol, hardly further from all the nautical activities offered on the ports of Bandol and Sanary.
A few minutes walk from the house, the very pretty 'Exotic Garden' and the 'Garden of Olives' in Sanary.
All useful shops (supermarket, bakery, fruit and vegetables, fishmonger, cheese, butchery) are within 2 km, accessible without traffic jams and without parking problems, by the small road.
The region is very pleasant in all seasons. The south-facing and sheltered orientation of the mistral allows you to enjoy the garden at noon and in the evening.
The house is close to the bays of Sanary and Bandol, which allows you to enjoy all the nautical activities in season, individually or in a club (swimming, scuba diving, sailing, kayaking, water skiing etc ...)
But, all year round, its location makes it easy to shine in the region and to visit the islands of Bendor and Embiez, interesting all year round, the beautiful hilltop villages of La Cadière D'Azur and Le Castellet, the large weekly market. famous of Sanary. Most of the AOC Bandol Caves are located within a radius of 5 to 10 km. The Beau Golf de Dolce Frégate is at the same distance.
A little further, but perfectly suited for a day trip (between 1/2 h and 1 hour by car):
Marseille, its Old Port, the new MUCEM museum, the Docks, the Panier district, l'Estaque.
The beautiful city of Aix en Provence and its lyric art festival in summer.
Saint Tropez
The islands of Hyères, Porquerolles, superb in all seasons but wonderful in summer because of the diversity of its very beautiful beaches that you can visit on foot or by bike. Port Cros, more Mediterranean and more intimate.
The Thoronnet Abbey, the Basilica of Saint Maximin la Sainte Baume for heritage lovers.
The Dom Forest, Notre Dame des Anges, Collobrière and the Chartreuse de la Verne, in autumn and winter, when the arbutus trees are both white flowers and red fruits, and the chestnuts turn into glazed chestnuts in Collobrière.
The Route des Crêtes, Cassis, the Calanques de Cassis, magnificent in all seasons.
So many walks made easier by the proximity of the Bandol interchange
