In the heart of Andalusia on the lovely Costa Del Sol , halfway between Malaga and Marbella, this apartment is ideal for family, romantic, or cultural holidays. Beautiful sandy beaches along the coast are only 5 minutes drive. You can practice many water activities or simply having nice time.

The residence is located in a quiet setting surrounded by golf courses with views of the Sea and the Mountains (Sierra Nevada ) and close to all amenities (bars, restaurants, shops .... ) .

It is fully enclosed and secure and walking distance to CALANOVA GOLF CLUB, and has more than 5 beautiful pools including a children's pool and pleasant landscaped gardens.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and right access to underground parking and also equipped for people with reduced mobility or disabled ( across from the residence) .

it consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with plenty of storage .

It is fully air-conditioned ( hot / cold) , tastefully decorated and marble floors .

Lovely apartment, nicely furnished, everything provided for a long stay home from home

Spent a month in this lovely apartment in January. Everything well provided for a long winter stay. Property is some distance from town so a car is essential. Lovely spacious outdoor terrace with full sun throughout the day and wonderful views of the sunrise over Cala de mijas.

Prachtig gelegen modern appartement

Dit was ons tweede verblijf in in dit ruime driekamer appartement. De inrichting is modern en goed onderhouden. De ligging is rustig, s'- avonds is het heerlijk in slaap vallen bij het zachte gekwaak van de kikkers. Het appartement heeft een heerlijk ruim bed, een complete keuken met (vaatwas)waschine en nespresso apparaat, een woonkamer met comfortabele banken en een flatscreen t.v. Daarnaast niet één maar twee badkamers en een ruim terras met eethoek en loungeset. Een klein nadeel is dat er in voor- en naseizoen geen zon op het terras komt, maar het resort heeft als alternatief vijf zwembaden met ruim voldoende ligbedden. Het apartement beschikt over WiFi en airco en er is een eigen parkeerplaats in de garage. Een auto is n.m.m wel gewenst, al is het alleen maar om het gezellige Mijas of het in Fuengirola gelegen shoppingcenter Miramar te bezoeken. Rob & Inge

Lovely Apartment

We had lovely stay for almost 2months in February and March 2017. After a brief hiccup at check in we had a wonderful time at Calanova sea golf. The apartment is very well appointed , comfortable and quiet. The place was extremely clean and well maintained . It contains everything that you would need for a short or extended stay.

The view from the terrace is amazing with golf and sea views. Nice furnishing on the terrace for relaxing and dining.

A car is definitely needed ..but it is only a short drive to the charming village of La Cala de Mijas. The Calanova golf club is within walking distance and is a must to visit. The club house patio commands spectacular views of the mountains and the sea.

Christelle was a wonderful hostess and a pleasure to deal with, as was the property manager Sean who was most helpful. We thank him for his guidance and knowledge of the property and area.

Would highly recommend this apartment.

Great modern appartment, brilliant for golfers and sunseekers alike.

Unfortunately our visit was very short but loved the beautiful appartment and the little touches, selection of teas, coffees was really appreciated.

Shame I didn't bring my clubs as the location is golf heaven and just a short drive down to the beach and myriad of restaurants...."el pikoteo" for spanish tapas was a real gem of a find.

Great base for a short break and would like to thank Christelle for her flexibility.

Superbes vacances

Appartement très propre et conforme aux photos. Il est très bien équipé (Wifi, TV satellite,...). La literie est parfaite. Le site est superbe, on aperçoit la mer de la terrasse. Les piscines sont magnifiques et les abords sont très bien entretenus. Le propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeant. Nous ne pensons qu'à une chose: y retourner rapidement. Encore merci pour ces belles vacances. Famille Bourlart
