In a luxury building close to the hill of Castle Park, on the banks of the picturesque old town in the center of town, overlooking the sea, large studio crossing of 41 m2 is easily accessible on the ground floor, with high ceilings and views on a square, the sea and Cap d'Antibes.
The apartment faces southwest and enjoys optimum sunshine. It consists of an entrance, a living room, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a small dressing room on the back courtyard and a design bathroom with a shower Italian and WC. Everything has been carefully renovated recently.
The occupation is scheduled for two with a comfortable bed (140) in a part of living and a convertible bed (90) in the small back room possibly suitable for a child or young adult. The kitchen is equipped and has a microwave. The bathroom has a design-in shower. Lingerie and quality products are made available to visitors. The apartment is through and offers a possibility of natural air conditioning during hot periods. It has central heating the building the rest of the year. A fan and a space heater are available.

The great attraction of this pleasant walk to earth is its location which allows to be hard at work all activities and soak up the charm of the old town without obligation automobile travel. Facing the sea, in a charming street of the old town and close to the tourist sites and shops, the apartment offers direct access to the Quai des Etats Unis, on the Promenade des Anglais and the city center. A few dozen meters from the beach, it invites not only the pleasures of the sea, but the cultural visit to the foot of the picturesque areas of the old town and harbor, historic monuments, the lovely public park of the castle (10 meters) and the village of antique shops.
