Nearly all car-free and the sea! In a luxury building close to the hill of Castle Park, on the banks of the picturesque old town in the center of town, overlooking the sea, large studio crossing of 41 m2 is easily accessible on the ground floor with high ceiling and views on a square, the sea and Cap d'Antibes.

The apartment faces southwest and benefits from optimum sunshine. It consists of an entrance, a living room, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a small dressing room courtyard at the back and a design bathroom with a shower Italian and WC. Everything has been carefully renovated recently.

Occupancy is scheduled for two with a comfortable bed (140) in a part of the stay and a convertible bed (90) in the small back room. The kitchen is equipped and has a microwave. The bathroom has a design walk-in shower. Lingerie and quality products are made available to visitors. The apartment is through and offers a possibility of natural air conditioning during hot periods. It has central heating the building the rest of the year. A fan and a space heater are available.

The great attraction of this pleasant walk to earth is its location which allows it to be hard at work all activities and soak up the charm of the old town without obligation automobile travel. The nearby shops and restaurants make life easy vacationers. The Castel beaches and Opera are meters away. The street and the building has a residential character yet close to the beach, the tourist life and all recreation. For those traveling by car temporary subscriptions can be taken in public car parks located a few hundred meters. The kitchen open to the living room is suitable for light meals

Daniel was so helpful and welcoming. Everything we needed was there in the apartment which was very beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend Daniels apartment. It was like a luxury hotel without the price tag. Very quiet and beautiful location in old Nice and across the road from the beach. Thank you so much Daniel. I'll be back.

Great studio apartment situated in the best possible spot. Communication from booking to arrival there was brilliant, all my questions answered promptly. There is absolutely everything you should need supplied by Daniel. I would recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to be in the heart of Nice, but without the noise. Thank you Daniel.

Apartement très très bien situé

Super séjour à Nice grâce à la localisation de l'appartement. Il est juste en face de la promenade des anglais, on y voit la mer du salon, il est à 1 min à pied du cours saleya et du vieux Nice...on peut tout faire à pied en 1 ou 2 minutes... un luxe. Appartement très joli et fonctionnel! Et Daniel est un hôte très sympa et accueillant!

Facing the sea, in a charming street of the old town and close to the tourist sites and shops, the apartment offers direct access to the Quai des Etats Unis, on the Promenade des Anglais and the city center. A few dozen meters from the beach, it invites not only the pleasures of the sea, but the cultural visit to the foot of the picturesque areas of the old town and harbor, historic monuments, the lovely public park of the castle (10 meters) and the village of antique shops. It is an appropriate starting point for waterfront walks and / or jogging along the Promenade or along the coastal path from Cap de Nice. The friendly terraces Cours Saleya and services of the city center are very close without car. The non-availability of the distant tram, bus and train easy to explore the area. However the location of the apartment also allows one hour drive to reach the mountain and the hinterland, visit the Mercantour and reach the ski resorts.
