The house is in Pollensa, Mallorca, distributed on two floors, with living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet with shower and a multipurpose room with TV.

On the outside we have three large terraces, all covered, one located at the main entrance, another next to the garden and pool and the third upstairs communicating with the room-suite with magnificent views over the Bay of Pollensa. The house is equipped with every comfort, including internet (WIFI), satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, barbecue.

Mediterranean trees and shrubs in the garden represent a natural backdrop for the pool of 12 x 4 meters surrounded by a sun terrace.

Excellent family holiday in superb villa

We had a wonderful time in this fabulous villa with our 2 boys. Very spacious, an immaculate condition and everything we could possibly need. The garden is great for children and the pool also. Maria and the owner were excellent and very helpful. We are definitely returning next year.

In order to improve our stay the WIFI speed could be quicker and also softer pillows! (feather or down please!). Many thanks.

Beautiful Rural Retreat

The property is as described (& felt bigger), and was perfectly sized for 5 of us, with the 2 younger kids sharing a twin bedroom. The property was spotlessly clean, modern and equipped with everything required for eating in. We did not use the BBQ area so cannot comment on that.

The pool was ample size and the kids loved it. Plenty of area around the pool for sunbeds, & the garden area was plenty big enough for a decent kick around with a football.

A car is an absolute necessity as the property is very much in a rural location. It is only 15-20 min drive to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants etc., but there are no facilities within walking distance.

The north east corner of Mallorca is stunning. Porta Pollenca & the old town of Alcudia are excellent for eating out and for a relaxing evening drink.

The only thing I would add is that it would be helpful to have more information about the local area in the villa. There is no info pack other than WiFi codes, so everything we did was self researched. Not a huge problem, but every other villa we have rented has always contained info and helpful suggestions for the surrounding locale. Here it was a reliance on phone maps, & finding the chicken roundabout in Pollensa to provide relief that we would find our way back to the villa :)

A small point in an otherwise wonderful week's holiday in this beautifully appointed villa.

Hammer Finca!

Diese Finca ist der absolute Traum. Sie ist modern eingerichtet, war sehr sauber und der grosse Pool lud jeden Tag zum eintauchen ein. Das ganze Ein- und Auschecken verlief dank der netten Maria unkompliziert einfach ab. Mit einem Mietwagen ist man in Kürze an den beliebtesten Stränden von Mallorca. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

We spent 1 week in this lovely countryhouse in Pollenca.

The house was really nice, clean and even more spacious than on the pictures.

The owners of the house are wonderful.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet.

Outside there is a nice pool and sunbeds.

Spacious garden where the children can play.

We recommend car during the stay. It is 2,5 km from the house to the beach and supermarket.

Port Pollenca is a really nice beach and boardwalk with a lots of restaurants and shops.

This house exceeded our expectations and we will return!
