Why Zandra chose Tobin Hill

We love the location of this Home! When we walked in we couldn't stop thinking about how much charm it had and the location cant be beaten. The 100 year old floors and fireplace, we found the original deed from nearly 100 years ago. We love the neighbors and the neighborhood.

We loved this property. It was beautiful, spacious and accommodated me and my family. The home is is close to downtown, the neighbors were very friendly. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the mornings drinking coffee and cooking out at night.

Zandra(Our host) was very accommodating. If we had any questions about anything she answered quickly. I would definitely recommend this place. I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised.

Thank you Zandra for helping to make our son's BMT Graduation from the Air Force a wonderful time.

Great property right downtown!

  • 5 of 5

My family really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was amazing. We packed our kitchen gear from home, but were surprised by all the supplies they had in house. There was even a wine decanter. The showers were huge and everyone enjoyed them. Location. Is easy to access and right down town. Check out process was simple. Back deck was a hit with family. Neat neighborhood. Each room was decorated well. And the beds were Comfortable. I would book this property again. They have a few extra steps, but you can tell they are professional. Owners were very responsive. I almost forgot the wone chiller...loved it.
