Located on the southern end of the island, Bradenton Beach is known for being surrounded by it all- super close to the beach, the bay water, marina, restaurants, shopping, mini golf and some fun nightlife- all within a few minutes walk!

This custom built luxury 7 bedroom and 7 bathroom homes offers it all as well! From a fabulous rooftop deck that features both Gulf AND Bay water views, a private heated pool with spa, water views of both the Gulf and Bay throughout the home, multiple covered decks and patios, an elevator and just so much more! What more could you ask for out of a luxury vacation rental?

While you may fall in love with all of the exterior features of Tropical Hideaway, we know that you will equally love all that the interior has to offer as well. This stunning custom built elevated home is professionally decorated and will featured custom cabinets, walk in closets, granite counters and outstanding tile work-everything you would expect out of a luxury vacation rental.

You will be thrilled when you see the attention to detail, beautiful art work and creativity the decorators have contributed to all the bedrooms and bathrooms in this house. On the second level of this home you will find 5 Bedrooms. Four of the rooms feature king sized beds, private baths and large flat screen TVs. The 5th bedroom features bunk Beds with a large flat screen TV. Directly across the hall from the bunk room is a full bath for this room as well as for guests using the common lounge area. All of the bedrooms are decorated with a coastal theme. Three of the king rooms have direct balcony access on this level. All The bathrooms feature large walk in showers. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level of this home. This is where the main living area is located. Both rooms feature king sized beds and large flat screen TVs. The first room has access to the full bath across the hall. The second is the master bedroom featuring private balcony access, a huge bathroom with a large walk in shower and a stylish soaking tub. Custom tile work, flooring, wood trim, and hardware has been installed throughout this luxurious home.

***Please note: The Cleaning Fee includes cleaning, linens (bed sheets, bath towels, & beach towels), and the property damage protection of up to $500 of accidental damage.***

PET POLICY - This home is pet friendly! Our rules and restrictions are as follows:

Pets (dogs only, anything else must be approved) are allowed under certain conditions and must be approved prior to arrival. A $100 pet fee plus 12% tax is required for extra cleaning. There is a limit of 2 pets max, with a combined total weight limit of 50 lbs.

No dangerous breeds will be accepted. Owner(s) of the animals are responsible for any damage, property damage, medical expenses, and/or excess cleaning that occurs due to the pet.

“Dangerous breed” is defined as:

Any purebred or crossbred dog comprised of any of the following breeds:

• Pit Bull-type,

• Rottweiler,

• German Shepherd,

• Husky-type (including Siberian breeds),

• Malamute,

• Doberman Pinscher,

• Chow Chow,

• Any Wolf-dog hybrid, or

• Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone where the injury required medical attention, or where any insured or any tenant, guest or visitor of the insured knew that a dog was potentially dangerous.

**CANCELLATION POLICY --

NO refunds will be made for canceled reservations unless AMI Locals is able to re-rent the accommodation for the same period of time for the same rental amount. If AMI Locals is able to re-rent the property at no loss to AMI Locals, a full refund will be issued minus the nonrefundable $100.00 administrative fee, taxes, and any discounts or expenses required to re-rent the property. If AMI Locals is able re-rent the home for a portion of the cancelled stay, or for a reduced amount or portion of the original rental fee, the guest will be refunded for the re-rented days or the reduced amount only, minus the nonrefundable $100.00 administrative fee, taxes, and any discounts or expenses required to rent the property.

AMI Locals does not make any representation or guarantee that AMI Locals will be able to re-rent the property for what was originally paid by the guests. Guests covered under the travel insurance recommended by AMI Locals (CSA), may be exempt from this loss if the reason for cancellation is covered under the policy. The travel insurance fee is non-refundable.

If guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit after the final payment due date, normal cancellation penalties apply, whether travel insurance was purchased or not. If guest shortens their stay resulting in an early departure after they have checked in, no refunds will be provided for the nights not used. If a non-arrival, late arrival, early departure, cancellation or alteration results in a loss of revenue to AMI Locals, it will be charged. The loss can be avoided if the recommended travel insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. In the event of an Act of God such as adverse weather, tornadoes, fire, lightning strikes, etc., the management and owners are not responsible for any refunds from monies which have been paid to AMI Locals, or for providing lodging elsewhere. AMI Locals reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund.

About Eric Pullen

I was born and raised in Bradenton, about 10 minutes away from the island. I grew up boating, fishing, diving, surfing, skim boarding, and wake boarding, and enjoying all that this amazing area has to offer. I have been the Property Manager of this home since 2017 and work directly with the homeowners to ensure you have an amazing vacation.

My small town has become much busier, but I love that. I love that I get to share all of my knowledge with my guests, and in fact, I've even taken some of them out fishing or just sandbar hopping by boat or on the beach. I want to make sure you have an amazing stay with us, and that you get to experience the truly amazing aspects of this Island and area. If you want to go to the "tourist destinations" you can and I'll point you in the right direction, but if you want to go where the locals go, and experience the area like you grew up here, just ask me how and I'll be happy to help and ensure your stay is fantastic.

I'm a born and raised local and I'm proud of that and I can't wait to show you my hometown. It's an amazing place, and we can't wait to show you just how amazing it is.

Awesome house with tons of space and the coolest pool!

My entire family was in absolute awe with this house. Not only is it only a block away from beautiful Bradenton beach, the house itself is a dream vacation! It's basically a mansion with tons of space, open floor plans, and even an elevator to haul your luggage upstairs. The pool was the biggest treat. Hot tub, water slide, and even a grotto! We all just hung out by the pool and chilled. Was honestly paradise, and we're still kicking ourselves about not staying longer. We're already looking to go back! This house is definitely worth every penny. We will be returning to this location, no doubt.

Great home in great location

Very well kept, spacious home that accommodated our large family in comfort and space. Excellent location, close to beach and bay, restaurants and shopping and the backyard pool and slide were a regular place to hang out. Staff especially Eric were very easy and professional to work with and we would highly recommend this house especially for a large group.

Nasty Neighbors

The Home Was Loving But One Think I Disliked Was the Neighbors Having A Problem With The Kids. Made A Big Sence And Called The Police. Told Me To Tell My Kids To Shut Up, Not Friendly At All. After That i Was So Ready To Head Home.

Perfect for large family! Great Location!!

We loved the home and location. Place surprised us how huge it was! The pool slide and grotto was perfect for kids and adults. Close to many shops and restaurants. Beach a block away!
