Nice, little (753 sq.ft) apartment in a good location.

The apartment is nice but showing some wear. Needs some TLC, including paint and minor repairs. The on-demand water heater in the master bathroom required some playing with the controls to get to work. The washer/dryer combination does not really work as a dryer. Items come out very hot but still damp. The sleeper sofa is not very comfortable as the cushions want to slide. There should be another upholstered chair, or two, to provide seating for four people. It's either the sofa or a wood dining room chair. They should also get rid of the awful white shag rug under the sofa.

The apartment has excellent wi-fi service.

The agency staff were very helpful and responsive.

As a previous reviewer noted, the hall and stairs leading to the apartment can be a turn-off, but remember this is an old building, as are most buildings in central Paris.

Some reviews said that there was no closet or storage in the guest bedroom. We thought that at first. The second night we noticed a wall panel slightly loose. It turns out that there is a closet and storage cabinets built-in around the window. As they were the same color as the wall and had no knobs we just thought it was the wall.

The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to Place de Republique and about 25 minutes to Notre Dame and the Louvre. There is a Monoprix supermarket around the corner and many restaurants in the area.

Overall a decent place to stay.

Property in need of "TLC"

I'll give the property location a 10, it's a great location, with metro and grocery store very close! Booking company also very responsive "10". Hoverever, the apt. Needs some maintenance- a paint job. I understand how it is, I have a rental property and I always have to do touch up painting - otherwise the home looks dirty. This apt. needs painting and the couch is not functional- cushions always slide out when sitting and the rug should be replaced. Also replace the white tablecloth with wine stains - again appears dirty. Some pillows are very lumpy, again maintenance- things have to be replaced. It would be good to have more than one kitchen towel and some general staples (salt and pepper, etc). Only one roll of paper towels, no napkins and there was no dish soap. I think it has great potential just needs TLC! Also would be good to advise clients of the condition of the stairwell, exposed pipes, peeling wallpaper, horrible condition - one which some people may not want to stay because of.

We left early , we were very bummed about the condition

The chairs, carpet and couch seemed like they haven't been cleaned for years! We have vacation rentals so we know what level of standard homes should be kept at. The walls were pretty bad, all marked up and the main building was really gross.

Both the apartment & the area are wonderful!

We reserved through the property management office. The booking process was very smooth & very professional. We had a very good stay at this apartment. I loved the location of the apartment which is very conveniently located close to the Republique metro station. There is also a large monoprix supermarket 2 min away. The bakery shop by the republique station is great. The apartment is very clean & convenient. Pictures are accurately discribing the place. Wifi worked very well in the apartment and so were all the other appliances. The unit is well maintained. Although the 2nd bedroom doesn't have cabinets for clothes, we managed. Although, Reza "the agent" who checked us in was very decent & helpful, the only downfall was the delay in check-in. We arrived around 8 am to the building. on the phone, he advised that he can only check us in at 9:15 to 9:30 cause that's when they start working ... it was not convenient because I have a child. There is a very good Italian restarant across the street called "La Massara" which we enjoyed a lot. If ever again in Paris, this will be my choice.

Très beau appartement

Un endroit idéal pour se reposer après avoir arpenter dans les rues de Paris. De plus, il est proche du métro et des commerces.

La literie correspondait à nos attentes.

Ecellent!

Très bel appartement, dans un très bon quartier, le 3ème, à deux pas de la République.

L'appartement est vaste, lumineux, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains!

Le tout est très propre, toutes les commodités sont là. Cuisine bien équipée. Le seul petit bémol, la petitesse de la plaque de cuisson.

Endroit très clame, l’appartement donne sur une cour intérieure.

En bref, tout est parfait. Toute la réservation par e-mail. L'accueil est très bien.

Je reprendrais cet appartement à nouveau, c'est sûr!
