Nestled in the Gold Country foothills, and within walking distance of historical downtown Placerville, this modern, immaculate home offers an open-concept floor plan. Spacious kitchen and living areas provide contemporary amenities for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Prepare your meals in our comfortable kitchen which is fully-stocked with dishes, cookware and basic cooking necessities.
Each of the two bedrooms provide cozy queen sized sleeping arrangements fitted with seasonal bedding for our warm summers or cold winter nights. A full sized sleeper-sofa with a memory foam mattress is also available in the living area.
Our first bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, and the other "master" bath offers a walk-in shower. For your convenience, both bathrooms are stocked with towels, hair dryers and basic toiletries. There is also a washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board on-site.
Enjoy a relaxing afternoon or morning breakfast in the enclosed patio area. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine (from one of our many local, outstanding wineries!), catch up on reading, prepare a meal on the barbecue and dine alfresco.
Walk to downtown Main Street to peruse our unique local shops, art galleries museum and dining scene. Venture out of downtown Placerville and enjoy all our surrounding areas have to offer: 10 minutes to the heart of Apple Hill and Christmas tree farms, 20 minutes to history-rich Coloma, 60 minutes to Sierra-at-Tahoe and 75 minutes to Lake Tahoe Casinos.
