3 Dbl Bedrooms With Separate Dining/sitting Room/kitchen And Private Garden

Location, location, location. Craigower is on a private road, about 250 metres from the Old Course in St Andrews. The property has been in the family for 3 generations and is furnished to a very high standard and comprises 3 double bedrooms, a large bright and sunny sitting room leading into a sun porch overlooking the private front garden. There is a separate dining room, which comfortably seats 6 (8 at a push), and a kitchen. One bedroom has it own ensuite shower and toilet, while the other 2 double bedrooms share one bathroom. There is a separate wc/cloakroom..

The property has gas fired central heating and wifi/sky tv is available. There is a combined clothes washing/drying machine in the kitchen.

While the property is all on the ground floor, wheelchair access is difficult given the 3 steps at the front door.

The property is within walking distance to all the main golf courses in St Andrews, and all the other attractions in the town.

There is free parking on the private road.

Why Chris Underwood chose Fife & St Andrews

Craigower was owned by my parents, any my Fathers parents before him. I am therefore the 3rd generation to own the property. My wife and I will one day eventually move into this property, but currently live less than 5 minutes away

What makes this apartment unique

St Andrews has lots to offer, both for the golfer and the non golfer. This property is on a private road so there is very little traffic directly outside. During the summer months (and other times when the sun is out) the garden is a very secluded sun trap. With free parking on the street outside, and all the amenities of the town within walking distance, this property, which is finished to a very high standard, is ideal for the discerning holiday maker.

Perfect vacation home for a golfing vacation

This historic home was perfect for our St. Andrews golfing vacation. The location was ideal (steps from the Old Course) and the home was very comfortable for two couples travelling together. Chris and Sherri were very accommodating and helpful with wonderful tips and suggestions from our initial planning to restaurant suggestions upon our arrival. We would definitely recommend this to friends and would stay again when we return to this beautiful town.
