Global house introduction
Villa Skani is a house built in the nineteenth century, which has undergone a major renovation project during the winter of 2013. It offers modern, quiet and comfortable accommodation which is just 2 minutes from the beach and less than 2km from the town centre, which is served by five bus routes. The city centre is just minutes away via bus, which run regularly approx every 10 mins.
The villa is home to its owners, Karen and Sebastian, who rent the 3 apartments on the ground floor. These are:
One Bedroom Apartment - with a large bedroom, a living room and a veranda.
Two Bedroom Apartment - with double beds a living room and its kitchen in a veranda.
All apartments have been part of the comprehensive renovation project and are equipped with furniture, bathroom and a modern styled kitchen.

The small compact garden offers an area for relaxation with solarium, loungers, relaxation pool, spa and barbecue.
Parking is also available for all guests.
Two Bedroom Apartment
This offers 60sq mtrs of space, including 2 bedrooms with double beds. (140cm)
The living room offers 20sq mtrs of living space, which includes a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and a large table for 5 people.
The bathroom is complete with a sink, cabinet, toilet and a shower spa.
The apartment also includes a veranda with its friendly kitchen.
Private Facilities Include: 3 TV's, Internet (wifi), Microwave Oven, Hob, Fridge and Air Conditioning.
Additional Facilities Include: BBQ, Washing Machine, Garden Solarium, Relaxation Pool, Spa, Tables & Chairs on terrace and free parking.
Included: Linen provided.
Not included: Maintenance and cleaning before departure.
Optional Services: Maintenance during the stay (25€/ hour). Replacement of linen (20€ per couple).

In 2013, we have purchase the whole house 240m² and rent 3 ground floor aparments renovated in winter 2013.
We love our house for being in a quite Cannes district.
We love our house for being in a quite Cannes district, when we can go in town in only five minute by car our by the express shuttle which is picking people every 10mn at only 50m from our house. The beach is also very close (6 houses from the sea).
Villa Skani is a place where our friends have always enjoy to relax. Let try it, you will love your stay.
Sebastien was a perfect host. We were 2 couples, same family travelling together. This unit gave everyone their privacy but also provided a nice place to share breakfasts and apertifs. The property was well located in Cannes - away from the hustle and bustle but convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. Walking distance to the beach, train and bus. There was parking on site and this was great since we had a car. The accomodations were modern, in great condition and more than adequate. The pool and spa were a bonus. We felt like we found a great place to call home in a strange city and would return again. It is a 5 minute walk to a great little restaurant that was very good and very reasonably priced. Our opinion is that this was a great value for the money and a hidden gem.
