This bright airy hilltop villa in Romney Park, on 1-acre of private land, has magnificent sunsets and ocean views of St. John. Security cameras monitor the driveway and front entrance.

The large patio & pool area is a great place to unwind and relax with a cocktail while watching sailboats drift by the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and Soper's Hole Marina, with the West End Ferry, are a few minutes away by car. Easy parking for 4 cars. Separate A/C in each bedroom and in living room. Cable TVs and wifi in all rooms.

Our villa offers privacy, peace and security. It is fully self contained with cistern water and an auto-start standby generator. At 400 feet above sea level it has cooling breezes and stunning views. A car is needed to reach the house, where there is ample easy parking on the long level driveway. The two main bedrooms and bathrooms are situated through doors at each end of the main living area, enabling privacy for two couples. The third bedroom is below the main house in the form of a self contained apartment with inside toilet and kitchenette, plus outside shower.

A BBQ is on the patio for guests to use.

Civil engineer and naval architect. We lived in the villa from 2007 to 2012, when we needed cancer treatment. We are now both cancer survivors, but live back in Houston again.

Tortola is the main island in the British Virgin Islands. The island was severely impacted by Hurricane Irma in September, 2017. Park View Villa has its own generator and water. It is a great place to stay, even while much of the island still has no power.

Georgeous view, great house, great owners and caretaker

I have been to many many vacation home rentals, but this was hands down all of our favorite. The owner Bill is great, and Shawn is so helpful. We forgot an important piece of luggage while at the airport and Shawn drove across town to bring it to us before our flight. Really wonderful stay. Go to Brewers bay for a nice easy to reach secluded beach with a small beach bar. Great stay!
