The property consists of THREE private units - TWO separate 2 bedroom homes - one downstairs accessible with a ramp for any ADA needs you may have and one upstairs with a fabulous huge entertainment deck and seating area. The pricing on the listing is only for the 4 bedroom home and will sleep up to 8 guests. There is also a huge private OPTIONAL King Suite (also downstairs and accessible) with a full private bathroom, kitchenette, sleeper sofa bed and living space, full size laundry room that make up the 5 bedrooms total and will accommodate / allow UP to 4 more guests to your reservation. This additional 5th bedroom space is available and can be added by all smaller groups wanting the extra space for an additional $150 a night. It is REQUIRED FOR GROUPS LARGER THAN 8 FOR $150 A NIGHT. We do NOT charge an extra person fee. The King suite addition is billed AFTER booking the home through Airbnb.
