Situated on a hill is this beautiful, comfortable home with everything you need for a relaxing holiday between nature but close to everything, beaches, marina, golf course, restaurants, nightclubs, markets etc. are just a few minutes from the area, and 10 km from the city of Ibiza.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is independent and has a bathroom, a fully equipped Oven comfortable and functional kitchen microwave dishwasher fridge etc. Dining room and a spacious lounge with plasma tv, satellite tv, stereo, internet WIFI ADSL overlooking a covered terrace and pool.

The pool is 10 x 4. 5 m with 2 covered terraces with chairs and table for eating out, plus another covered area with a barbecue.

The property is fully fenced, allowed to bring pets consent, has 27,000 m2 land and no neighbors over 100 meters around.

We adored our stay. Ricardo, our host, could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The house was extremely well equipped in a quiet and beautiful location. Our only criticism was that the house really could do with air conditioning.

Wonderful stay at this great villa, super location and very helpful host!!

We had a fabulous few days staying at this excellent property.

The booking process through HomeAway was smooth, and owner Ricardo was friendly and helpful in communications before arrival. Throughout the stay he was a very gracious host.

The house is even better than it looks in the photos - truly spotless and well appointed. Very comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped and modern kitchen, comfortable lounge and several outdoor seating areas, and of course the pool! Our kids spent so many hours swimming and playing in the pristine pool.

The house is very well maintained and in a quiet location, it is several hundred metres from the main road so ideal for access, but tranquil and feels like you have the valley to yourself. The property is not at all overlooked.

We really enjoyed being able to eat in different places around the property - the table by the pool, the covered seating area next to the amazing built in BBQ (apparently typically Uruguayan, Ricardo's home country), the dining area just off the kitchen, or the lounge area overlooking that fabulous pool.

The furnishing is of a very high quality and speaks to the fact that this is also the owner's home, when not being rented out. Attention to detail is high - a lovely bowl of fruit on arrival, and milk, water and orange juice in the fridge!! Plus a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine (and for the Brits, a kettle and a toaster...)

The linens were of high quality and towels were provided, both for the bathrooms and also for the pool/ beach. The only negative is the lack of air conditioning, but large floor-standing fans were provided in every room.

The property is accessed via a private track with electric gates, with ample parking including a covered space by the back door to the house. For families, the pool is fenced off (we felt totally safe with our kids who are 10, 8 and 6). There is an alarm at the property, a very good sized safe, and good wifi (we were powering 3 tablets and 2 phones, no problem).

Ibiza Town is 10-15 minutes away by car, the northern beaches about 25-30. We found it an absolutely ideal location. Nearest big supermarket - a Mercador - is 10 minutes away in Santa Eulalia, and there are numerous smaller shops along the carretera and in the neighbouring towns.

So how to summarise our stay? We had a very nice time. We really enjoyed the property and the location. Our first visit to Ibiza and we loved it. We would definitely recommend, and would return!

WE THOROUGHLY ENJOY ED OUR WEEK STAY AT THIS BEAUTIFUL,WELL EQUIPED VILLA.WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTOS IS WHAT YOU GET.THE POOL IS FANTASTIC.THE OWNER RICADO WAS VERRY HELPFULL ,HE SPEAKS VERY GOOD ENGLISH.WE WOULD RECOMEND THIS VILLA TO ANYONE

Une belle maison au calme sur les colines

Ricardo le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible,

Nous avons été mis à l'aise dès l'arrivé, avec une visite détaillée de la maison et plein de conseils, des bières au frais, une corbeille de fruits pleine, et de quoi faire des sandwich.

La villa est très jolie et bien entretenue (proche du neuf), tout y est : des grandes chambres, une cuisine complète, deux salles de bains et plusieurs coin apéro autour de la maison.

La maison est reculée et retiré donc niveau tranquillité c'est parfait, le seul bémol c'est que si vous voulez sortir en taxi, ils on du mal à trouver, il faut indiquer " la casa colonial" ou "la colina"

Un séjour sans problème, avec un ménage offert en fin de semaine, Ricardo à été souple sur les horaires de départs, nous avons réservé la maison pour 9 nuits.

Nous reviendrons sans soucis, merci pour tout et à bientôt
