The master suite has a king size bed, and a full private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size, perfect for when guests come to visit. Enjoy sunbathing at heated swimming pool, enjoying the tranquility of the newly renovated deck, just steps from the beach.

Marco is famous for great weather, wonderful amenities, dining, wildlife and fishing. A short drive to the exclusive shopping districts of Naples, and numerous world-class golf courses. In addition to the pool, the Gulfview club boasts a beach-side fitness center, tennis courts, and a social room to make new friends. You're a five-minute walk on the beach from the Marriott Resort and it's renowned restaurants and lounges. Or you can hike all day on the 4 mile stretch of glorious white sand beach that passes by your front door.

We are long-term Marco Island snowbirds, and among the earliest buyers at the Gulfview. When not in Marco, we enjoy spending time with our grown children on Long Island.

Paradise found!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at the Gulfview! The unit is bright, airy, clean and comfortable, with new furnishings, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We appreciated having the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, since we had guests for 2 nights. The building itself is very well maintained and is centrally located on the beach. The southerly view from the unit, which is on the 20th floor, is "to die for". When we were not out enjoying the pool or one of the most beautiful beaches in the continental U.S., we were often on the balcony enjoying the amazing views of the beach and the island!! I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a home away from home in Paradise!.

Gulfview unit 2005

The unit is very clean and exceptionally well equipped. The view from Gulfview's 20th floor is incredible. As a south facing unit, there is an unobstructed view all the way to the southern tip of Marco. The beautiful beach is only a few steps from the pool. The Gulfview's location is excellent and the staff does a fine job of maintaining its facilities. I would not hesitate to recommend the unit for a stay on Marco.
