If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

Royal Mauian is a unique six story oceanfront property located in South Kihei offering unobstructed views of the clear blue Pacific. The property and adjacent Kamaole Beach together provide excellent locations for stunning sunsets, snorkeling, swimming, romantic beach strolling, and seasonal whale watching. Royal Mauian features an oceanfront pool area giving you the comfort of a pool setting with the beauty of a day at the beach. A roof top garden area with gas barbeques & panoramic views of the island as well as free parking are available to guests. Steps

Our 93 yo matriarch was with us in a wheelchair and we did not anticipate steps would be required to get to the apt. Otherwise, it was very clean and well kept. We had a plumbing issue that the manager at first declined to fix over the weekend; but with a little cajoling they got an emergency plumb repair and we were only inconvenienced for a few hours instead of waiting until Mon.

Vacation at Royal Mauian

The condo was beautiful. Very clean and fully stocked with kitchen necessities. The view of the ocean is great from the lanai. The roof top is amazing to cook and watch the sunsets. We had 7 people and a baby and had plenty of room. It is very close the the beach and the pool was great! The only consideration is the traffic from the road.

Beach front views

Our first family vacation was a huge success! This felt like home away from home. The condo was spacious and fit 6 adults and a 1 year old comfortably. The bunk beds were perfect for adults, two 23 year old men and 30 year old said they were comfortable and spacious. Having the washer and dryer was very convenient so don’t overpack clothes (you won’t use them all). Shopping centers were across the street, that was another bonus. The best part was having the beach front right in front of us. I got up early everyday and just walked along the shore, it was so peaceful and beautiful. Thank you for a great experience.

Close to great beach and dining.

Everything was great except parking. We had 3 vehicles, but only 1 parking pass. Closest parking we could find for the other 2 cars was more than 1/4 mile away.

Amazing location!

Comfortable, functional space. Easy beach access. Walking distance to shops. Great ocean views from the lanai. We did have a roach issue. Traps were delivered however they were ineffective. Despite this concern we would return and highly recommend this property.
