This place was somehow even better than expected, each day bringing a new appreciation of what went into the architecture and design of the property. The location, private entryway, amenities, parking, and interior were all perfect. The owners were incredibly gracious and accommodating.
Wasn’t What We Thought
From the description and pics on VRBO we had the impression that this was a free standing structure, with privacy, on a property with a main house. As it turned out it was more of a Casita. An apartment IN the main house, with a separate entrance. The owners bedroom must have been right above us because we could hear them walking and talking.
Cute little place and nicely located in SB. Everything was no more than a 5 or 10 minute drive. Nice neighborhood to walk in.
Nice and Comfortable place to stay
We stayed at the property for four months and enjoyed our stay. We were very happy and satisfied with all the arrangements. We will stay there in the future and recommend it to our friends. Thanks,
Dear Louise, thank you so much for staying with us a while back! We enjoyed hosting you at the Pueblo home and look forward to welcoming you back in the near future at this home or one of our others here in town.
Functional and enjoyable
Very quiet and comfortable place in upper SB with easy parking. Ideal for 1-2 people. Kitchen was a nice addition to the stay.
Dear Ritter. thank you so much for staying with us a while back! We enjoyed hosting you at the Pueblo home and look forward to welcoming you back in the near future at this home or one of our others here in town.
A very beautiful one bedroom with high end finishes in Santa Barbara.
Three quarters of a mile north of upper State Street which has numerous amenities.
About four miles to downtown Santa Barbara ( the old Pueblo ) and another mile to the ocean. I visited downtown via bicycle and also combining walking and a bus.
There are beautiful mountain views from the shared roof deck above the garage.
Peaceful place with cool details inside including a ceiling lined with wood and unique bathroom. Close to hiking trails and also walakable to uptown, 15 mins.
