Beautiful apartment with private pool - beautiful sea view

This ground floor villa located in the heart of the French Riviera you will enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the hills typical colors of the Esterel. The villa is ideally located between Cannes and Saint Raphael in a private development with secure access. The owner living in the apartment upstairs is a very quiet person. The pool and garden are reserved exclusively for tenants

The 3 rooms share a bathroom and separate toilet. The large living room opens through a large door window on a large terrace with built barbecue with a magnificent view of the sea and the Esterel. The closed kitchen is fully equipped and has a pantry area.

The area of ​​living rooms provides comfort both internally and externally.

The terraced garden is decorated with beautiful Mediterranean plants. The pool is protected by an approved safety alarm but the configuration of the garden requires parental supervision especially for young children.
