great property i would recommend it to anyone

the flat was very nicely furnished and very clean. the landlady a super nice person. the main things that i required were a lift,internet and parking and it had all three. the location was great, just across the street from a tram stop for easy access to downtown or any where in the city. also close to the expressway should you have a car. one comment, if you're not going to venture out don't get a car it's not needed. i would recommend this property to anyone, if you rented it you would not be sorry.

Great stay in Nice

Michelle was fantastic fantastic from day 1. She had milk and juice for us plus homemade jam. She gave us loads of information. I would definitely stay at her apartment again. Great host.

We are in Love with Nice

It was such a pleasure meeting Michelle at the apartment. She took her time to answer any question we had. We even texted her a few times during our stay and she was always available. The apartment is spacious enough for 4 adults and has everything you need. A metro stop is just outside and it's only a few stops away from all the tourist areas. Underground parking is available.

A large grocery store is just a few steps away including a bakery and smaller produce store is just in front of the building. Easy freeway access to Grasse, Cannes, St Tropez. Tip - Take the bus to Monaco

Nice is amazing, the old town local markets in the morning is a must see. The best restaurants and much better prices are just around the apartment. The pizza place across the street is very good.

Excellent appartment

It was a very nice stay. Appartment was very cozy , well equipped and clean. Located at the tramway stop with good access to downtown. Supermarket is nearby. Very friendly host. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Nice.

Le logement très pratique, confortable et calme était conforme aux photos du site

Le quartier est excentré mais avec toutes le commodités et le tram à proximité.

Seul bémol, la description sur le site devrait être plus précis sur la situation géographique par rapport aux principales attractions et le bord de mer.

Dernier point, le parking du logement en sous-sol: pratique dans une ville comme Nice mais attention aux manœuvres un peu délicates

appartement très proche de la station Le Ray sur la ligne de tramway qui permet d'aller au centre ville ; place de parking appréciable.

Très bien équipé.

Excellent accueil de Michelle la propriétaire (merci pour la confiture maison) !
