This villa is on a sought after urbanisation named La Siesta at Cabo La Nao. Within a short distance there are stunning cliff walks and viewpoints looking out to sea.
The villa has easy access from the street. It is self-contained and fully fitted with private garden which include an eating area with table and chairs, sunbeds and barbecue, the villa does not have a swimming pool. Inside there are wall mounted gas heaters in all rooms an electric wall heater in the bathroom and a portable gas heater, additional electric heating is not permitted. The water and electric are included in the rental price, there will be three gas bottles ready for use, one in the gas fire and two for the central heating and gas hob and should be replaced by tenant as used.. The owners live in a self-contained apartment under the villa and have their own separate garden.
Sheets, pillow cases, beach, bath, hand and tea towels and are supplied. Laundry is changed weekly with mid-week towel change.

that has a large swimming pool and serves freshly cooked food and drinks all day. Previous visitors have thoroughly enjoyed these facilities throughout their stay.
The main beaches in Javea are the Arenal which is a golden sandy beach and the Port area which is a stunning pebbly beach both of which are approximately 6-7km
The Arenal beach has a beautiful promenade with various types of restaurants and shops. The Port area has more traditional Spanish shops, Tapas bars and Restaurants. From the port there are regular ferry’s to Denia, Altea and Calpe all of which are worth visiting. It is a short distance from here to Javea old town which has beautiful churches, narrow cobbled streets and is typically Spanish. Car essential.

The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Located about a ten minute drive from Javea, the environment was peaceful. We particularly enjoyed eating lunch on the sunny balcony. Margaret was extremely kind and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and will definitely be back.
This is our second year at Bob and Margaret's villa, and our stay was every bit as excellent as last year. The villa is comfortable, very well equipped and ideally positioned on a quiet, select development only 2 minute's walk from a beautiful clifftop viewpoint. Bob and Margaret are perfect hosts, and we (and our dog) enjoyed our holiday greatly. We recommend this property wholeheartyedly.
Mr et Mme Bob & Margaret Allison nous ont réservé un accueil formidable. Ils sont très respectueux de notre intimité mais aussi soucieux de notre bien-être et à l'écoute malgré la barrière de la langue. La location en en tout point conforme voir même au-delà de ce qui est présenté sur le site. Le jardin est bien entretenu et agréable, les plages sont à proximitées de la location.

The listing description was fully accurate and it was clean and well-maintained. Bob and Margaret provided excellent customer service, for example, we used the garden grill quite a few times and when the charcoal bucket was almost empty, it was filled again next morning!
It can get very hot in Javea so my suggestion for Bob and Margaret would be to offer a mobile airconditioning (for some additional cost), just to get the heat out at night.
I already recommended this property to my parents, so yes, I would recommend it.
Furthermore, we liked the active tennisclub on walking distance, it has well-maintained claycourts, pool, restaurant / bar and equipment. The restaurants on the cliff at walking distance offer spectacular views and are of a high standard.
We have been fifteen years in the holiday lettings business in SW France. Each year we take a break in low season, most often down in Spain. It has always proved impossible for us to find truly homely accommodation which satisfies even our most basic of requirements. Slab hard mattresses, sometimes not smelling too fresh, synthetic pillows which cause severe neck-ache, hot water that fast disappears, or runs so slowly it takes an age to shower, inadequate heating, ancient cathode ray tube televisions which give only half the picture – the list is long and depressing – and this is only half the picture.
This property is none of these things, but much more than that it has been finished with style, furnished with comfort and offers a beautifully mature and fully private garden just a few steps away.
We fast came to understand that this is ‘upper end Javea’ with the nearest neighbours not at all near. The environment was as quiet as the countryside we live in back home, the light house on the rugged coast only seconds’ walk up the road. For all of this, we were down in the lovely beach restaurants by car in just minutes.
Without doubt this modest but spacious feeling house offers the best holiday deal we have ever come across. The charming owners, Bob and Margaret, are nearby to help, but they are totally unobtrusive.
