About this property

Right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale's shopping and entertainment district! This property has exhilarating sunrises and sunsets, and is located in a prime location.

We have been hosting for over 7 years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. Our goal has always been to present a clean and peaceful home for our guest and we’re certain you will enjoy your comforts when staying with us.

Our condo is a 5 min walk to Scottsdale Fashion Square mall and Old Town Scottsdale. We are short distance to Camelback mountain, Papago Park, Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Gardens and many golf courses.

We are on the ground floor of a two story unit very quiet. Our cute back patio is perfect to sit and enjoy the nice Arizona weather.

Our unit is just a few steps from our heated pool and laundry room (secure locks), and the entire complex is very well kept and clean.

Our property is always professionally cleaned between each visitor so it's ready for you when you arrive. It’s easy keyless access all instructions are sent one week and again two days before you travel as a reminder.

One parking spot included straight down a pathway and close to our unit. There is lots of visitor parking around the complex should you need it.

Laundry is available from 7:00 AM - 10:00PM Facilities are very clean and accessible and locked.

Our Condo is your entire place to enjoy! There are no personal items here. Everything in the home is here for your use as our guest. If you need any information on a particular item we will always make sure to get the answers before you arrive so you don't waste any precious time on your stay. Shoot us an email and we will do our best to help.

We provide our cell numbers for your access during your stay should any questions or concerns arise.

Down Town Scottsdale offers a free Trolley car that travels around the city center. There are also golf cart services you can call and for tips will take you anywhere you need to get in the downtown area.

Fantastic Scottsdale Holiday Condo

This property is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the restaurants , bars and amenities Old Town Scottsdale has to offer. The condo itself is very well appointed, spotlessly clean and is very well equipped with everything you would need for a holiday stay. The owners Denise and Armand were the perfect hosts straight from the booking process until we departed the condo and were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Scottsdale area.

Mattress to soft for our liking. Should have a king size bed in master bedroom. Air handler on HVAC a bit noisy and comes on every 30 minutes. Location was awesome and pool area outside patio door. Nice stay.

Great walkable property

We travel just like you so our goal was to create a home we would select. We have put a lot of pride in to decorating in a movie theme where you can sit relax and enjoy wine on the patio in the cool Arizona winters. Our kitchen is beyond complete it has everything you will need for more than one guest. Our unit is professionally cleaned after each guest and to make your experience the best we provide plenty of linens. We spared no expense to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Any feed back after your stay is welcomed so we can do better for the next guest and your return trip.
