Our family of four absolutely *loved* this apartment. It is beautifully appointed with everything you need. Some of our favorite things about it: the great kitchen for cooking meals after gathering goodies at the Saturday market, opening the gorgeous casement windows and letting the breeze in, being in the center of town with quick access to everything, and having helpful owners when we needed assistance. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.
Our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) stayed here for two nights. It's in a great location (very center of town). Each room has air conditioning which was appreciated as it was summer. Apartment was very clean and is beautiful. The only downside was it was up about 3 flights of stairs and there is no lift, but we knew that ahead of time and overall it was fine. Owners were very helpful and had a parking pass to a nearby lot for us to park our car. I would definitely stay there again.

We LOVED this apartment! In the heart of Beaune, everything is a block or two away. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the view is great! (Just beware if you have bad knees - there is no elevator, and it is on the 2nd floor.) The apartment owner Eric speaks fluent English and works in the pharmacy on the 1st floor. So he is always there when you need him. He is very nice and helpful, even has a list of restaurants he recommends (there are so many in Beaune, it was nice to be able to narrow it down!) Parking is hard to come by in Beaune, but Eric provided us with a free parking pass for a nearby underground parking lot. A nice added perk! I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Beaune!
The apartment was easy to find and perfectly located for a stay in Beaune. The master bedroom was large and the second bedroom with two twin beds worked perfectly for a second couple. The living room is also large with a big banquet table, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. There are no food supplies, though, so you will need to purchase anything along those lines for cooking. The apartment's second story windows overlook a very pretty street and let in the perfect amount of cool air at night, although there were air conditioners if you happened to be staying in a warmer month than we did. We absolutely loved this apartment and would rent it again in a heartbeat. The only issue was that the shower didn't drain well, so we all had to take very quick showers before the water overflowed on to the bathroom floor. The owner did warn us about this, though, so we were prepared. Again, rent this place! It's beautiful and the owners are very nice and accessible.
We were looking for a place for two couples to stay comfortably near the city center of Beaune. We found this apartment and it worked out perfectly. We used it as a base for exploring both the city itself and the surrounding countryside.
Eric was a wonderful host and communicated all the logistics very clearly in advance. He was also available via cell phone and in person throughout our stay to address any questions. He has plenty of recommendations for local attractions, activities and shops. The apartment was perfectly clean, was well stocked with linens and towels, has an excellent kitchen and a gorgeous dining table, and has plenty of space for lounging and socializing. The ceilings are tall, the furniture is comfortable and the apartment has a beautiful view down a very charming street.
The master bedroom is quite spacious. The smaller bedroom was fine for a second couple. We were able to push the two twin beds together. The mattresses were very comfortable. There were no noise issues, despite us being there for the Hospices Wine Auction, at the very busiest time of year.
The apartment is perfectly located for exploring inside the city. We did have a car with us, which we parked using the apartment's parking pass in a garage less than a 10 minute walk away. This worked out fine. The garage is close to the edge of the city, making for easy access to the main roads leading out of town. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk to the train, if you are arriving via transit, and you would not need to have a car to enjoy exploring the city.
The apartment is located close to many fine restaurants, but is also near many excellent markets (bakeries, pastry shops, meat and cheese shops, etc.) We were happy to be able to easily and comfortably cook for ourselves. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the building, a pharmacy and a wine shop adjacent.
We found this apartment was perfectly suited to our needs and we would most certainly recommend it.
